跆拳道业余训练对学龄儿童行为影响的实验研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, the research on the influence of physical exercise on children's behavior has become a hot topic. As the hope of the future of the country, many researchers have begun to pay attention to the effect and significance of physical exercise on children's behavior. Taekwondo is one of the most successful sports in popular sports. Because of the special etiquette culture of taekwondo, some researchers suggest that taekwondo exercise helps to improve the behavior of young children, but its persuasion is limited because its views mainly come from theoretical analysis or the design is not rigorous. On the contrary, because taekwondo belongs to the same confrontation project, some people think that taekwondo exercise will bring more aggressive behavior, the same view also comes from theoretical analysis, lack of empirical findings, it is difficult to convince people. In order to investigate whether taekwondo exercise has an effect on children's behavior, 44 children aged 6 to 12 years old and above were selected as experimental group from Zhendo Taekwondo Taekwondo Hall in Nanjing. As control group, 44 students from Qixia District Experimental Primary School who did not participate in sports interest class were used as the control group. The children's behavior questionnaire Conners parents' scale and teacher's scale were used to evaluate the behavior of 44 students in Qixia District Experimental Primary School. The parents and class teachers were investigated to compare the behavior of children before and after the experiment. The results showed that: (1) before and after the experiment, there were significant differences between the taekwondo exercise group and the non-exercise group, and the values of the taekwondo exercise group were lower than that of the non-exercise group, (2) taekwondo exercise could improve and improve the learning ability of school-age children. (3) the behavior of school-age children does not have gender and age dominant effect, that is, the gender and age of school-age children have no significant influence on behavior; The interaction between gender and age was not significant. (4) Taekwondo exercise had no significant effect on anxiety, hyperactivity index and impulse-hyperactivity behavior. It can be seen that taekwondo exercise helps to improve the behavior of school-age children, learning problems, neglect-passivity and children's psychosomatic disorders have a positive role, taekwondo exercise can become an effective means and methods to promote the mental and physical health of primary school students.
