基于《幼儿园教师专业标准》的幼儿园教师基本理念践行的调查研究

【摘要】:幼儿园教师的素质决定着学前教育的质量,为了进一步提升幼儿园教师队伍的素质,促进教师专业发展,2012年国家教育部颁布了《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》,其中明确提出了合格幼儿园教师应具备的基本理念,即“师德为先”“幼儿为本”“能力为重”“终身学习”理念,这些理念反映了教师专业意识和行为中薄弱和不足的方面,包含了幼儿园教师应达到的基本专业要求,同时,基本理念的提出符合时代发展需要。理念具有导向作用,对幼儿园教师的实际工作具有指导意义。幼儿园教师通过对基本理念践行,能够更好地迈向专业化。本研究主要采用问卷法,通过围绕《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》设置问卷,对190名幼儿园教师进行问卷调查,调查结果运用spss19.0对教师基本理念践行进行现状和差异分析。以访谈法和观察法作为本研究的补充,通过访谈和观察来进一步了解教师基本理念在实际工作中的践行情况。通过调查发现幼儿园教师基本理念践行效果与理想效果存在一定差距,在差异分析中发现教师的教龄、职称以及对基本理念的了解程度会对幼儿园教师基本理念践行效果产生影响。针对分析结果,提出了一些促进幼儿园教师基本理念践行的建议,如弥补具体理念践行中的不足,提高实际工作中基本理念践行效果,促进新入职教师基本理念的践行,完善和落实职称评定制度,获得家长的支持等。
[Abstract]:The quality of kindergarten teachers determines the quality of preschool education. In order to further improve the quality of kindergarten teachers, To promote the professional development of teachers, in 2012 the Ministry of Education promulgated the Professional Standards for Kindergarten Teachers (for trial implementation), which clearly put forward the basic concepts that qualified kindergarten teachers should possess. That is, "teacher ethics first", "toddler first", "ability focus" and "lifelong learning". These ideas reflect the weak and insufficient aspects of teachers' professional consciousness and behavior, including the basic professional requirements that kindergarten teachers should achieve, at the same time, The basic idea is put forward in line with the needs of the development of the times. The idea has the guidance function, has the instruction significance to the kindergarten teacher's actual work. Kindergarten teachers through the practice of basic concepts, can better move towards specialization. This research mainly adopts the questionnaire method, sets the questionnaire around the "kindergarten teacher professional standard (try out) >, carries on the questionnaire to 190 kindergarten teachers, the result uses the spss19.0 to carry on the present situation and the difference analysis to the teacher basic idea practice." This study is supplemented by interview and observation to further understand the practice of teachers' basic concepts in practical work. Through the investigation, it is found that there is a certain gap between the practice effect of kindergarten teachers' basic idea and the ideal effect, and the teachers' teaching age is found in the difference analysis. The professional title and the understanding of the basic idea will affect the effect of the kindergarten teacher's practice of the basic idea. In view of the analysis results, some suggestions are put forward to promote the practice of kindergarten teachers' basic concepts, such as making up for the deficiencies in the practice of specific concepts, improving the effect of the practice of basic concepts in practical work, and promoting the practice of the basic concepts of new teachers. Perfect and carry out the professional title evaluation system, obtain the support of parents and so on.
