传统文化视野中幼儿园“和乐”课程研究

【摘要】：幼儿教育与本土文化的融合是世界幼儿教育发展的趋势,然而在我国,传统文化的影响却在幼儿教育中逐渐减弱,中国幼儿教育失去了传统的本土文化的支撑。同时,当前受到我国独生子女政策的影响,幼儿往往被过度溺爱,造成他们良好个性品质的缺失和与人友好交往能力的缺乏。为解决当前所面对的问题,响应幼儿教育发展需求,以及充分考虑到传统文化内涵的教育价值,本课题尝试立足于传统文化,挖掘出有价值的传统文化内涵建构幼儿园课程,让幼儿教育建立在本土化的基础之上。通过对传统文化内涵的解读,建立了传统文化与幼儿教育的关系,将传统文化中的“和”与“乐”的精神实质引入到幼儿园课程建设中,以促进幼儿人际关系的和谐发展,并以此作为幼儿园“和乐”课程建设的总体目标。在课程建设的总体目标指导下,参照《3-6岁学习与发展指南》,从五大领域和幼儿的心理结构两个维度进行梳理,制定出“和乐”课程的具体目标。并从传统文化、幼儿生活经验和认知规律几个方面思考,挖掘并筛选出适宜的传统文化资源来构建课程内容。将课程目标和课程内容落实到实施层面,从环境、主题系列活动、区域游戏、社会实践性等多途径实施。最后,幼儿园“和乐”课程的建构从实践层面进行验证,培养了幼儿和乐共处的优良品质;打造“和慧”教师团队,成立了“家长课程项目委员会”,增强了教师与家长课程管理的主体意识与课程开发的能力。
[Abstract]:The integration of early childhood education and local culture is the trend of the development of early childhood education in the world. However, in China, the influence of traditional culture has gradually weakened in early childhood education, and Chinese early childhood education has lost the support of traditional local culture. At the same time, under the influence of our one-child policy, children are often overindulged, resulting in their lack of good personality and ability to communicate with others. In order to solve the current problems, respond to the needs of preschool education development, and fully consider the educational value of traditional culture connotation, this subject tries to build a kindergarten curriculum based on traditional culture and excavate valuable traditional cultural connotation to construct kindergarten curriculum. Let early childhood education be built on the basis of localization. Through the interpretation of the connotation of traditional culture, the relationship between traditional culture and early childhood education is established, and the spirit essence of "harmony" and "joy" in traditional culture is introduced into the curriculum construction of kindergarten, in order to promote the harmonious development of children's interpersonal relationship. And take this as the overall goal of the curriculum construction of the kindergarten "he Yue". Under the guidance of the overall goal of curriculum construction, referring to < 3-6 years old study and development guide, this paper combs the five major fields and the psychological structure of children, and formulates the specific goal of "harmony and joy" curriculum. And from the aspects of traditional culture, children's life experience and cognitive law, we excavate and screen out suitable traditional cultural resources to construct curriculum content. The aim and content of curriculum are put into practice from environment, theme series, regional games, social practice and so on. Finally, the construction of the curriculum of "harmony" in kindergarten is verified from the practical level, and the fine quality of the coexistence of children and happiness is cultivated, and the "Hehui" teachers' team is formed, and the "parents' Curriculum Project Committee" is established. It strengthens the subject consciousness of teachers and parents' curriculum management and the ability of curriculum development.
