【摘要】：财务管理是企业管理的一个重要组成部分,是企业经营管理的核心。财务管理通过对资金的筹集、使用、分配,全面贯通到保险公司经营的全过程,因此,在保险公司中,加强财务管理十分重要。跟国际上保险业比较发达的国家相比,无论是理论还是实务,国内的财产保险公司财务风险管理能力相对较弱。本文以ZK财产保险公司为研究对象,借鉴国内外关于财务风险管理理论的研究与实践,通过对ZK财产保险公司的财务风险的分析研究,认识和了解财务风险,帮助其正确的树立风险意思,控制并降低财务风险,提高偿付能力水平。本文共五章。第一章主要论述研究背景、意义、方法及主要创新。第二章从理论层面论述了保险公司财务风险的内涵、特征及表现形式,以及国内外相关理论研究的文献综述。第三章对ZK财产保险公司的财务风险管理现状以财务风险的表现形式做了主要描述。第四章针对ZK财产保险公司的财务风险管理问题进行了详细的分析,主要是内部控制环境较差、风险预警体系不健全、财务风险控制活动执行力不强以及稽核检查力度不够等。第五章主要是通过对ZK财产保险公司财务风险管理问题的分析,提出了相应的解决对策,主要是建立风险预计体系、强化关键环节控制活动、加强风险文化建设、完善稽核监察制度等。最后做了总结与展望。整篇文章重点围绕财产保险公司财务风险管理进行研究分析,将有助于促进ZK财产保险公司财务风险管理水平的提升。
[Abstract]:Financial management is an important part of enterprise management and the core of enterprise management. Through raising, using and distributing the funds, the financial management is carried through to the whole process of the insurance company's operation. Therefore, it is very important to strengthen the financial management in the insurance company. Compared with the more developed countries in the international insurance industry, the financial risk management ability of the property insurance companies in China is relatively weak, both in theory and in practice. This article takes ZK property insurance company as the research object, draws lessons from the domestic and foreign research and the practice about the financial risk management theory, through the analysis research to the ZK property insurance company's financial risk, knows and understands the financial risk, Help them to set up risk meaning correctly, control and reduce financial risk, improve solvency level. There are five chapters in this paper. The first chapter mainly discusses the research background, significance, method and main innovation. The second chapter discusses the connotation, characteristics and forms of financial risk of insurance companies from the theoretical level, as well as the literature review of relevant theoretical research at home and abroad. The third chapter mainly describes the present situation of ZK property insurance company's financial risk management in the form of financial risk. The fourth chapter analyzes the financial risk management of ZK property insurance company in detail. The main problems are that the internal control environment is poor, the risk warning system is not perfect, the execution of financial risk control activities is not strong, and the audit inspection is not enough. The fifth chapter mainly through the ZK property insurance company financial risk management question analysis, proposed the corresponding solution countermeasure, mainly is establishes the risk forecast system, strengthens the key link control activity, strengthens the risk culture construction. Improve the audit and supervision system. Finally, the conclusion and prospect are made. The whole article focuses on the financial risk management of property insurance company, which will help to promote the level of financial risk management of ZK property insurance company.
