TP人寿保险公司代理人流失问题研究

现阶段保险代理人流失现象已经引起了监管部门和各家保险公司的高度关注,这也是在我国社会经济转型、保险业发展进入新阶段这一背景下越来越不容忽视的问题。本文以TP人寿保险公司下辖三级机构的实际情况为例,从人员流失现状及产生人员流失的原因进行分析,针对TP人寿保险公司代理人流失的实际情况进行分析,进而指出公司代理人流失的负面影响,针对公司代理人流失的主要原因构建层次分析,进而实现代理人流失关键因素的分析,最终从保险行业方面、保险公司方面以及代理人方面提出降低代理人流失率的对策建议。本文的研究对于提高代理人的留存率以及稳定代理人队伍具有一定的实践指导意义。通过完善个人代理人招聘制度,留存大批量高素质代理人等一系列措施有效地降低保险代理人流失率,如何降低保险代理人流失率同样是本文研究的重点内容。
