“A”公司互联网医疗生态体系建设案例研究

【摘要】：2015年政府工作报告提出大力发展“互联网+”,互联网+代表一种新经济形态,由“大数据+云计算+各类互联网行业生态圈”组成。在发达国家商业健康险是所有保险产品中发展最快、规模最大的业务之一,商业保险与社会保险一起成为社会医疗支付体系中两大重要支柱。本文通过“A”公司案例研究反映出互联网医疗现状与存在的问题,互联网医疗生态圈体系建设存在的问题,并提出互联网医疗生态圈体系建设理论、对策和可行性建议。文章采用文献分析法、比较分析法和案例研究法,用PEST理论和波特理论,论述在国家商业健康险个税优惠扣减政策红利下,“A”公司从事的健康险作为互联网医疗生态圈中“保险要素”,起着撬动整个医疗生态圈建设发展的重要杠杆作用。由此引申出互联网医疗生态体系圈建设应包含三大方面和6个组成要素。6个要素组成互联网医疗生态圈体系内圈,包括“医疗提供商、保险、药品、第三方机构、支付结算及大数据和云计算”。互联网医疗生态圈体系外圈由“国家政策法规方面的制定和监管;智慧医疗以及互联网+∞中与物联网、万联网连接一切”这三方面组成。当内外圈集合时,会产生互联+下新的医疗商业模式并最终推动互联网医疗生态体系的建设和发展。
