【摘要】：文化创意产业或创意产业的概念最早为英国提出,20世纪90年代开始至今,在许多发达国家和地区已经发展成为支柱性产业。玉雕产业是文化创意产业的一个重要分支,具有文化特色突出、附加值高、吸纳就业能力强等特点,其产品逐渐发展成为现代中、高端消费群体热衷的对象,因此,其产品销售市场往往定位于区位条件等相对优越的城市。然而,在传统农业区的南阳石佛寺镇,其玉雕手工艺经过短短30年左右的发展,迅速转变成为“全国最大的玉雕加工销售集散地”,形成地方特色支柱产业集群。本文以“无中生有”的南阳石佛寺镇玉雕产业集群为研究对象,考察产业集群形成的初始条件,从举证历史、偶然因素作为分析的起点,研究产业内生增长动力,最后,根据研究产业形成机制过程中发现的诸多现实问题,提出切实的建议和研究展望。为了探究南阳石佛寺镇玉雕产业如何实现“起步”到“腾飞”这一产业剧变的发展过程、解释玉雕产业集群为何在该镇形成而不是其他地方等的原因,本文在借鉴前人研究成果的基础上,通过运用文献研究和实地调研相结合、典型调查与定性分析相结合、案例分析和归纳演绎相结合的方法,将论文内容作如下安排:首先,通过本文理论研究体系的构建,确定研究整体框架;在总结国内外相关研究的基础上,确定研究的主要内容;通过实地调研,获取该镇玉雕产业集群发展历史和现状的第一手资料,为实证研究部分提供数据和文献的支撑;其次,通过对玉文化内涵、石佛寺镇玉雕产业发展历史和现状的简单阐述,介绍玉、玉雕、玉雕加工工具和玉雕产业集群等玉文化内涵的基本内容,为下文分析玉雕产业这一特殊文化产业奠定基础;再次,在前文准备工作基础上,从外生的初始条件、内生的作用机制两个方面,分别对南阳石佛寺镇玉雕产业集群形成机制进行阐释:(1)通过分析自然资源禀赋和社会资本等外生因素,总结出该镇发展玉雕产业的客观基础;通过挖掘历史、偶然因素,探究集群形成的偶然与必然之间的联系,即玉雕产业最终在南阳石佛寺镇形成集群,而不是具有相同区位条件的其他城市;(2)通过对玉文化和珠宝行业基本情况的陈述,解释需求侧对产业形成的拉动机制;通过分析玉雕产品定价及其经济利益产生方式,解释供给侧的逐利行为对产业发展的推动机制;在供需分析基础上,进一步地从分工与专业化生产角度,解释玉雕产业专业市场形成机制;基于以上分析,达到解释该镇玉雕产业集群从“无”到“有”形成机制阐释的目的;最后,通过前文对历史和现状的梳理、玉雕产业形成机制的分析,总结出产业发展过程中的一系列问题,相应地提出玉雕产业将“何去何从”的发展建议以供参考。基于前文的论证,得出以下主要结论:1.在特定条件下,历史、偶然因素与政府政策的引导,在某种程度上决定了区域产业发展的方向,对产业集群的形成发挥着不可忽视的作用;2.早期玉雕产业集群更容易在加工市场或销售市场聚集而形成,而并非原石产地;3.在南阳石佛寺镇玉雕产业集群形成过程中,大量的玉雕从业者构建的社会资本是产业形成的重要推动力量,分工与专业化生产是产业规模壮大的关键;4.玉雕产业之所以能够在石佛寺镇“生根发芽”形成集群,除了有民族文化传统驱动外,还有需求市场消费能力的提高、供给市场经济利益的诱导有关。
