产业承接力与土地集约利用水平的动态计量经济分析——以武汉、长沙和南昌为例

【摘要】：为促进区域产业转型升级与土地集约利用,考察产业承接力与土地集约利用之间的动态计量关系,该文利用长江中游城市群3个中心城市2001-2014年的面板数据,构建评价指标体系进行测度,并运用协整分析、Granger因果检验、脉冲分析及方差分解等方法,探讨城市产业承接力与土地集约利用水平相互作用的动态特征。结果表明:长江中游城市群中心城市产业承接力与土地集约利用之间存在长期稳定的均衡关系;不同城市中两者格兰杰因果关系表现不一,武汉市表现出互为因果关系,而长沙市与南昌市只存在单向因果关系;通过脉冲分析和方差分解明确两者冲击作用响应特征并分析原因。依据研究结果,从城市产业承接力与土地集约利用相互作用的特征出发,给出了推动产业结构升级和区域土地利用协调发展的相关建议。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the transformation and upgrading of regional industry and land intensive utilization, and to investigate the dynamic measurement relationship between industrial undertaking capacity and land intensive utilization, this paper uses the panel data of three central cities in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River from 2001 to 2014. The evaluation index system is constructed to measure, and the methods of Granger causality test, pulse analysis and variance decomposition are used. This paper probes into the dynamic characteristics of the interaction between the urban industrial undertaking capacity and the level of intensive land use. The results show that there is a long-term and stable equilibrium relationship between the urban industrial undertaking capacity and the intensive land use in the urban agglomeration of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River; The causality of Granger is different in different cities, but only one-way in Changsha and Nanchang. Impulse analysis and variance decomposition are used to identify the response characteristics of the impact and analyze the reasons. Based on the results of the research, the interaction between urban industrial undertaking capacity and land intensive utilization is analyzed. Some suggestions are given to promote the upgrading of industrial structure and the coordinated development of regional land use.
