日本食品产业对华投资战略及其启示

【摘要】：自上世纪80年代我国实行改革开放政策以来,日本逐渐成为我国引进外资的主要国家之一。日本投资我国食品行业始于20世纪80年代中期,彼时正值日本汇率自由化和日元升值之际,在1992年邓小平“南巡讲话”发表之后,日本加速了对中国食品行业的投资,仅在数十年之后,中国已经取代了美国成为日本食品产业最大的海外投资地。面临拥有巨大潜力的中国食品市场,近年来日本食品企业加快了新一轮的对华投资。本文首先通过研究日本食品产业对我国食品行业的不同阶段的投资概况总结了日本食品产业的对华投资历程,其次分析了日本食品产业投资我国食品行业的特征,包括逐渐扩大投资规模、不断提高出资比率、不断深化全方位投资、不断加强战略联盟合作等投资特征,最后,本文总结了日本食品产业的对华投资战略,包括价值链整合战略、台湾企业借力战略以及企业联盟战略等。在此基础上,本文尝试概括和总结了日本企业在投资我国食品行业的过程中适时调整投资战略、巧妙规避政治风险、展开多方位合作等成功经验,并据此讨论了日企的成功经验对我国企业对外直接投资的启示,提出了在对外直接投资中制定灵活应变的投资策略、寻求多方位的投资联盟以及探索全面深化的投资方式等建议。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the reform and opening policy in 1980's, Japan has gradually become one of the main countries to introduce foreign capital.Japan's investment in China's food industry began in the mid-1980s, when Japan's exchange rate was liberalized and the yen was rising. After Deng Xiaoping's "South Tour speech" was published in 1992, Japan accelerated its investment in China's food industry.Only a few decades later, China has overtaken the United States as Japan's largest overseas investment in the food industry.Japanese food companies have accelerated a new round of investment in China in recent years in the face of a potentially large Chinese food market.Firstly, this paper summarizes the process of Japanese food industry investment in China by studying the different stages of Japanese food industry investment in Chinese food industry, and then analyzes the characteristics of Japanese food industry investment in Chinese food industry.Including gradually expanding the scale of investment, increasing the investment ratio, deepening the all-round investment, strengthening the cooperation of strategic alliance, etc. Finally, this paper summarizes the investment strategy of Japanese food industry in China.Including value chain integration strategy, Taiwan enterprises to leverage strategy and enterprise alliance strategy and so on.On this basis, this paper attempts to summarize and summarize the successful experiences of Japanese enterprises in the process of investing in China's food industry, such as adjusting the investment strategy at the right time, skillfully avoiding political risks, and carrying out multi-directional cooperation.Based on this, this paper discusses the enlightenment of successful experiences of Japanese enterprises to foreign direct investment of Chinese enterprises, and puts forward flexible investment strategies in foreign direct investment.Seek multi-directional investment alliance and explore comprehensive deepening of investment methods and other suggestions.
