天津市文化产业科技创新能力评价研究

【摘要】：伴随着经济与科技的不断深化,文化产业也在发生深刻变革,促进文化与科技的深化融合,提高文化产业的科技含量,提升文化产业的国际竞争力,成为各区域文化发展的方向。天津地处京津冀城市群交汇点,文化底蕴深厚,但在与科技的融合上、文化体制上等方面还有待提升。因此,推进天津市文化产业与科技融合,提升其科技创新能力成为趋势。论文以文化产业、科技创新力、两者之间互动关系为理论指导,利用比较研究、因子分析法等对天津的文化产业进行科技创新力的研究。首先,阐述了文化产业、科技创新能力、文化产业与科技创新的互动关系等相关概念,进而提出本研究对于这些概念的界定。第二,从科技创新投入和产出两个维度对天津市文化产业的科技创新能力分析,得出评价指标体系,从纵向和横向两方面展开;第三,得出实证结果:政策因素和市场因素是影响天津文化产业的科技创新的关键;最后,针对实证结果,提出本市文化产业在科技创新上实现能力提升的对策建议。论文主要研究结论有:从纵向角度,天津市文化产业政策因素稳定,说明国家和天津市在对天津市文化产业的政策上还是积极推动的。而市场因素波动不定,这就导致其整体科技创新能力波动。从横向角度,天津处于四个直辖市之一,也处于京津冀一体化区域的关键位置。在横向比较的五个区域中,天津的市场因子和综合科技创新能力都居于中间水平,而政策因子方面,天津却排到最后。因此提出建议,从政策因素和市场因素两方面提升科技创新力。政策因素包含财政金融、文化设施平台建设以及人才方面,市场因素包括完善市场制度、培育龙头企业、创新文化产品新角度。
[Abstract]:With the continuous deepening of economy and science and technology, the cultural industry is also undergoing profound changes, promoting the deepening integration of culture and science and technology, increasing the scientific and technological content of the cultural industry, and enhancing the international competitiveness of the cultural industry. Become the direction of regional cultural development. Tianjin is located at the confluence of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration. Therefore, it is a trend to promote the integration of cultural industry and science and technology in Tianjin. Based on the theory of cultural industry, scientific and technological innovation and the interaction between them, this paper studies the scientific and technological innovation ability of Tianjin's cultural industry by means of comparative study and factor analysis. Firstly, the related concepts such as cultural industry, the ability of scientific and technological innovation, the interaction between cultural industry and scientific and technological innovation are expounded, and the definition of these concepts in this study is put forward. Second, from the two dimensions of input and output of scientific and technological innovation to Tianjin's cultural industry innovation capacity analysis, the evaluation index system, from the vertical and horizontal aspects of the development; third, The empirical results: policy factors and market factors are the key to the scientific and technological innovation of Tianjin cultural industry. Finally, in view of the empirical results, the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the ability of scientific and technological innovation of the cultural industry in this city. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: from the vertical point of view, the policy factors of Tianjin's cultural industry are stable, which indicates that the government and Tianjin are still actively promoting the policy of Tianjin's cultural industry. But the market factor fluctuates, this causes its overall science and technology innovation ability fluctuation. From the horizontal point of view, Tianjin is one of the four municipalities directly under the Central Government and a key position in the integrated region of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. In the horizontal comparison of the five regions, Tianjin's market factors and comprehensive scientific and technological innovation ability are at the intermediate level, but Tianjin ranks last in terms of policy factors. Therefore, put forward suggestions, from the policy factors and market factors to improve the innovation of science and technology. The policy factors include finance and finance, construction of cultural facilities platform and talents. Market factors include perfecting market system, cultivating leading enterprises and innovating new angles of cultural products.
