产业工人队伍建设与高职意识形态教育的耦合及路径

【摘要】：《新时期产业工人队伍建设改革方案》提出,"造就一支有理想守信念、懂技术会创新、敢担当讲奉献的宏大的产业工人队伍"。要实现这一目标,产业工人意识形态建设是前提。高职是新型产业工人的摇篮,必须担当起未来产业工人意识形态安全教育的重任。新时期产业工人队伍建设与高职意识形态教育具有耦合的需求、耦合的基础,其耦合的关键是完善适应产业工人队伍建设要求的高职意识形态教育内容,实现耦合必须创新适应产业工人队伍建设的高职意识形态教育路径。
[Abstract]:The "Reform Plan for the Construction of Industrial Workers in the New period" puts forward, "to bring up a great contingent of industrial workers who have ideals and beliefs, understand technology and innovate, and dare to take on a great team of industrial workers who speak of dedication." To achieve this goal, the ideological construction of industrial workers is the prerequisite. Higher vocational education is the cradle of new industrial workers, and must bear the responsibility of ideological safety education for future industrial workers. In the new period, the construction of industrial workers and the ideological education of higher vocational education have the coupling demand and the basis. The key to the coupling is to perfect the content of ideological education in higher vocational education, which adapts to the demands of the construction of industrial workers. In order to realize the coupling, we must innovate the ideological education path of higher vocational education which adapts to the construction of industrial workers.
