长三角地区旅游产业经济绩效空间差异性分析

【摘要】:旅游产业作为朝阳产业,带动作用大,影响面广,在区域经济发展中具有重要地位。长三角地区旅游资源丰富,经济基础良好,是全国旅游产业发展最好的地区之一。但是区域内旅游产业也存在空间分布不合理,发展不平衡等现象。本研究综合运用加权主成分TOPSIS法和空间计量模型,首先分析长三角地区25个城市旅游产业经济绩效;其次探讨研究区旅游产业经济绩效空间差异及造成这些差异的主要原因;最后基于上述定量分析,诊断各市旅游产业发展中存在的问题,提出相应的发展建议。本研究的主要结论有:第一:在参考大量文献和专家意见基础上,从旅游产业经济规模、经济效果和经营能力三方面选定11个指标,利用加权主成分TOPSIS法对2004—2014年25个城市旅游产业经济绩效进行评价,并绘制四分位图进行差异性分析。分析发现长三角地区旅游产业经济绩效差异明显,其中:(1)上海、苏南、浙东北旅游产业经济绩效较高,尤其是会展、文化等旅游产业产值高,已经成为我国乃至世界级的会展文化中心,并不断辐射带动周边地区休闲产业发展;(2)苏中和苏北地区旅游产业经济绩效较差,与该区域旅游资源丰富度背离,导致这一结果的主要因素是苏中、苏北地区旅游产业定位不明确,发展目标雷同,产业发展缺少连续性和前瞻性;(3)浙西南旅游产业进步明显,经济绩效逐渐赶上苏南地区,这一方面是由于该区域旅游资源与苏南地区之间形成了有效的互补趋势,另一方面是这一地区立足于本区域独特的山水风光及文化资源制定了明确的市场定位和发展目标,在上海、苏南地区的辐射下区域内进一步强化了宋明以来的文化旅游,充分发挥了江南文化特色;第二:在研究中,基于空间计量模型,利用全局和局域空间相关性对长三角地区旅游产业经济绩效进行相关性检验,发现25市旅游产业发展存在明显的空间相关性和集聚性特征,其中:(1)苏南、上海和浙西南地区空间相关性不断加强,旅游产业内部结构与外部延伸都有了健康的发展;(2)苏北地区尽管也呈现了一定的空间集聚特征,但由于区域内快速交通流线体系尚不完善(部分城市高速铁路建设尚没有完成),因此区域内旅游资源对上海、苏南等客源地的吸引力较小;(3)从文化空间上看,苏北地区文化与华北以及中原地区的同构性较强,但当前发展中对上述两区域的吸引力也较弱,区域内没有形成知名的旅游品牌,导致区域内旅游产业发展相对滞后。区域旅游产业未来发展中必须考虑空间因素,基于空间计量分析规划旅游产业发展的经济绩效目标以及旅游产品市场细分方向;第三:基于赤池信息准则值和自然对数似然函数值原则,本研究重点分析了影响旅游产业经济绩效的主要因素,认为旅游资源密度、星级饭店密度、公路密度、每百人互联网用户、生活污水处理率、人均进出口总额等因素对当地旅游产业经济绩效具有显著的正向影响,人均地方财政收入有显著的负向影响,这从一个方面说明降低税收、藏富于民能在一定程度上促进以旅游产业为代表的第三产业的发展,有利于区域经济的良性发展。第四,基于上述分析,本文提出了促进长三角地区旅游产业协调发展的政策性建议,认为上海、苏南和浙东北地区应进一步基于现有国际会展文化基础进一步打造金融、商贸以及自贸中心,以更加开放的姿态吸纳国际旅游市场客源;浙西南地区在构建与上海、苏南空间快速流动通道的基础上,以满足上述地区客源的休闲、山水体验及养老等需求为基础,打造山水田园旅游品牌,打造江南山水派旅游文化品牌,不断壮大自身发展能力;苏北地区立足于本地区独特的地理区位条件,一方面加大区域内快速交通流线建设力度,另一方面加强与华北、中原地区的联合,在增加本地居民收入的基础上构建苏北乡土文化旅游和农业旅游中心,有效提高区域旅游产业经济绩效。
[Abstract]:As the tourism industry, the tourism industry has an important role in the development of regional economy. The tourism resources in the Yangtze River Delta region are rich and the economic base is good. It is one of the best areas for the development of the national tourism industry. However, the tourism industry in the region also has the phenomenon of irrational distribution of space, unbalanced development and so on. In this study, the weighted principal component TOPSIS method and space measurement model are used to analyze the economic performance of 25 cities in the Yangtze River Delta. To diagnose the problems existing in the development of tourism industry in cities and cities, and put forward corresponding development suggestions. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: First, on the basis of reference to a large number of literature and expert opinions, 11 indexes are selected from three aspects of the economic scale, economic effect and operation ability of the tourism industry, and the economic performance of the 25 urban tourism industry in 2004-2014 is evaluated by the weighted principal component TOPSIS method. and the four-position graph is drawn to carry out differential analysis. The analysis shows that the economic performance of the tourism industry in the Yangtze River Delta is obvious, among which: (1) The economic performance of the tourism industry in the north of the Yangtze River Delta is high, especially the output value of the tourism industry, such as the exhibition and the culture, has become the center of the exhibition and culture in China and even the world. (2) The economic performance of tourism industry in the Jiangsu and Northern Jiangsu regions is poor, and the tourism resources in the region are far away from each other. The main factor of this result is that the position of tourism industry in Jiangsu and northern Jiangsu is not clear, and the development goal is the same. The development of the industry is lack of continuity and forward-looking; (3) the progress of the tourism industry in the southwest of Zhejiang is obvious, and the economic performance gradually catches up with the south of the south, which is due to the effective and complementary tendency between the tourism resources of the region and the south of the south, On the other hand, the region, based on the unique landscape and scenery of the region and the cultural resources, has made clear market positioning and development goals. In the region of Shanghai and South China, the region has further strengthened the cultural tourism since the Song and Ming Dynasties, and made full use of the culture characteristics of the South; In the study, based on the space measurement model, the correlation between the global and local spatial correlation was used to test the economic performance of the tourism industry in the Yangtze River Delta. The spatial correlation between Shanghai and the southwest of Zhejiang has been continuously strengthened, and the inner structure of the tourism industry and the external extension have a healthy development. (2) In the northern part of the northern part of the northern part of the northern part of the northern part of the Jiangsu Province, however, because that fast traffic streamline system in the region is not perfect (some of the urban high-speed railway construction has not yet been completed), the tourism resources in the region are less attractive to the tourist areas such as Shanghai and southern Jiangsu; and (3) from the cultural space, The culture of Northern Jiangsu and the isomorphism of North China and the Central Plains are strong, but the attraction of the two regions is weak in the current development, and there is no well-known tourism brand in the region, which leads to the relative lag of the development of the tourism industry in the region. in that future development of the regional tourism industry, the space factor must be taken into account, the economic performance objective of the tourism industry development and the market segment direction of the tourism product are planned based on the space measurement analysis, and the third is based on the principle of the red-pool information criterion value and the natural log-like function value principle, The main factors that influence the economic performance of the tourism industry are analyzed in this study, and the density of tourism resources, the density of star-level hotels, the density of the highway, the users of each hundred people and the rate of domestic sewage treatment are analyzed. The economic performance of the local tourism industry has a significant positive impact on the economic performance of the local tourism industry and other factors, and the local fiscal revenue per capita has a significant negative impact, which explains the tax reduction from one aspect, The rich people can promote the development of the third industry, which is represented by the tourism industry to a certain extent, and is beneficial to the benign development of the regional economy. Fourth, on the basis of the above analysis, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the harmonious development of the tourism industry in the Yangtze River Delta. It is suggested that the Northeast China and the Northeast of Zhejiang should further build the finance, trade and self-trade center based on the existing international convention and exhibition culture. To build the tourism culture brand of the landscape of the south of the Yangtze, and to expand its own development ability; the Northern Jiangsu area is based on the unique geographical location conditions of the region, on the one hand, to increase the speed of the rapid traffic flow in the region, and on the other hand, to strengthen the joint with the North China and the Central Plains, On the basis of increasing the local residents' income, the local culture tourism and the agricultural tourism center of the northern Jiangsu are built, and the economic performance of the regional tourism industry can be effectively improved.
