双狮肉业有限公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:在未来的竞争中,紧跟时代步伐的肉类企业将主导市场格局。肉食品行业虽然属于传统行业,但是随着经济的发展,人民生活水平的提高以及互联网的兴起,这一传统产业即将面临着新的格局。肉食品行业发展前景广阔,双狮肉业有限公司在顺应经济发展的同时,有发展的契机,也面临着前所未有的挑战。肉食品是人民日常生活中必不可少的消费品,肉食品行业是涉及到国计民生的重点行业。根据十三五规划预测,2020年我国肉类需求总量将达到1亿吨,《2016全球粮食政策报告》中指出我国人均肉类消费量约59公斤。吉林省在国内即是生猪养殖大省,又是猪肉消耗大省。《吉林省十三五规划建议》指出“充分发挥自然条件好、特色资源丰富、人均耕地多、技术基础扎实的优势,加快农业规模化、机械化、标准化建设”,“创新消费供给,鼓励大型零售企业面向省内外拓展业务、扩大连锁经营,引进知名大型商贸企业集团,支持发展电子商务,促进流通信息化、标准化和集约化。培育消费热点,扩大移动互联网、物联网等信息消费”。因此,如何抓住发展机遇,是双狮肉业有限公司目前面临的前所未有的挑战。本文从吉林省双狮肉业有限公司的经营现状出发,以发展战略理论构成的理论分析框架为基础,利用文献分析、PEST分析、五力竞争模型分析、SWOT分析等多种分析方法,对双狮肉业有限公司的发展战略进行研究,对公司发展做出战略规划并制定实施措施,进一步为其它肉类企业提供可借鉴的经验。本文一共分为五个部分。第一部分时绪论,主要介绍本次选题的研究背景和意义及相关的理论基础。第二部分主要是介绍吉林省双狮肉业的行业发展现状及公司经营发展现状、公司的经营结构和运行情况,以及公司在经营发展过程中存在的问题。第三部分是对公司的经营环境进行分析,包括公司所处的外部经营环境、市场特点、市场变化趋势,第四部分是根据公司的内外部经营环境及企业的自身特性,提出公司的发展战略目标,制定公司的发展战略规划,及具体的战略发展实施措施。第五部分是结论部分,总结了本文所阐述的双狮肉业面临的问题和企业采取的针对性的发展战略。
[Abstract]:In the future competition, meat enterprises will follow the pace of the times will dominate the market pattern. Although the meat industry belongs to the traditional industry, but with the development of the economy, the improvement of people's living standards and the rise of the Internet. This traditional industry is about to face a new pattern. The meat industry has a broad development prospects, Shuangshi Meat Co., Ltd. in accordance with economic development, at the same time, there are opportunities for development. Meat is an indispensable consumer product in people's daily life. Meat industry is a key industry involving the national economy and the people's livelihood. According to the 13th Five-Year Plan forecast. In 2020, the total meat demand of China will reach 100 million tons, and the per capita meat consumption in China is about 59 kg in the Global Food Policy report 2016. Jilin Province is a big pig breeding province in China. The proposal for the 13th Five-Year Plan of Jilin Province pointed out that "the advantages of good natural conditions, rich characteristic resources, more arable land per capita, solid technical foundation, and speeding up agricultural scale and mechanization" are also a major province of pork consumption. The standardization construction "," the innovation consumer supply, encourages the large-scale retail enterprise to expand the business to the province inside and outside, expands the chain operation, introduces the well-known large-scale commerce enterprise group, supports the development of electronic commerce, promotes the circulation informationization. Standardization and intensification. Cultivate consumption hot spots, expand the mobile Internet, Internet of things and other information consumption ". Therefore, how to seize the opportunities for development. Shuangshi Meat Co., Ltd. is facing an unprecedented challenge at present. This paper starts from the present operating situation of Shuangshi Meat Co., Ltd in Jilin Province, based on the theoretical analysis framework of the development strategy theory. This paper studies the development strategy of Shuangshi Meat Co., Ltd by using the methods of literature analysis, pest analysis and SWOT analysis. To make strategic planning for the development of the company and formulate implementation measures to further provide other meat enterprises with lessons to learn. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part of the introduction. Mainly introduces the research background and significance of this topic and the related theoretical basis. The second part is to introduce the status quo of the industry development and company management development of the double lion meat industry in Jilin Province. The third part is the analysis of the business environment of the company, including the external operating environment and market characteristics of the company. The market change trend, 4th part is according to the company's internal and external management environment and the enterprise's own characteristic, proposes the company's development strategy goal, formulates the company's development strategy plan. Part 5th is the conclusion part, which summarizes the problems faced by Shuangshi meat industry and the targeted development strategy adopted by enterprises.
