安徽省农业电子商务发展对策研究

【摘要】:随着步入二十一世纪以来,计算机网络迅速发展,电子商务的出现将网络时代推向了一个新的起点,把人类带到了信息化社会。与此同时随着中国改革开放的不断推进与市场经济体系的不断完善,农业与农村的经济正经历着深刻的变革,农业需要大力发展电子商务的呼声持续高涨。农业电子商务的发展,能够有效地解决农村小生产与大市场之间的矛盾。本文从战略性的角度来分析安徽省发展农业电子商务的可行性并且通过文献查阅、比较分析的方法来分析安徽省目前发展农业电子商务过程中存在的问题,最后通过研究分析提出了相关的对策建议。本文的主要观点认为随着互联网时代的到来,电子商务加农业是大势所趋,农业又是支撑性产业,因此安徽省有责任发展农业电子商务,也有义务鼓励督促企业或者个人发展农业电子商务,本人通过对安徽省发展农业电子商务的外部发展环境进行了SWOT分析以及对安徽省发展电子商务提出了相关建议。本文主要研究结论有:第一,要加强安徽省基础设施建设,保持网络的畅通;第二,加强涉农网站建设,鼓励企业或者农民参与到农业电子商务中;第三,培养农业信息人才,提高农民素质,只有具备相关人才并且农民具有高素质,这样才能更好的利用互联网;第四,建立高效的物流体系;第五,提升品牌效益,只有这样才能够提升安徽省农产品在中国市场以及国际市场的竞争力;第六,加大信用体系建设,这是农业电子商务顺利发展的重要保障。本文的创新点有:第一,利用了SWOT分析法,从外部环境全方位的分析了安徽省发展农业电子商务的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁;第二,查阅了大量数据,利用类比、对比法分析了安徽省农业电子商务的发展现状。本文的构成主要有以下七部分:一,引言部分。主要包括研究背景、研究意义、研究现状等。二,理论基础部分。主要阐述了电子商务的概念以及特征、电子商务的发展阶段、农业电子商务的概念与内涵、农业电子商务模式、农业信息化的定义、农业电子商务发展的基本要素以及发展农业电子商务的意义。三,安徽省农业电子商务现状分析。四,安徽省农业电子商务SWOT分析。五,国内外农业电子商务有益经验。六,长丰草莓案例分析。七,对策建议。就安徽省发展农业电子商务的现状提出了几点相关建议,以期安徽省农业电子商务在将来能够有更好的发展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer network since 21th century, the emergence of electronic commerce has pushed the network era to a new starting point. At the same time, with the continuous promotion of China's reform and opening up and the continuous improvement of the market economy system, agriculture and rural economy are undergoing profound changes. Agricultural needs to vigorously develop e-commerce voice continues to rise. Agricultural e-commerce development. It can effectively solve the contradiction between rural small-scale production and large market. This paper analyzes the feasibility of the development of agricultural e-commerce in Anhui Province from a strategic point of view and through literature review. The methods of comparative analysis are used to analyze the problems existing in the development of agricultural electronic commerce in Anhui Province. Finally, through the research and analysis of the relevant countermeasures and suggestions. The main point of view of this paper is that with the advent of the Internet era, e-commerce plus agriculture is the trend of the times, and agriculture is a supporting industry. Therefore, Anhui Province has the responsibility to develop agricultural e-commerce, also has the obligation to encourage enterprises or individuals to develop agricultural e-commerce. Through the development of agricultural e-commerce in Anhui Province external development environment of SWOT analysis and development of e-commerce in Anhui Province put forward relevant recommendations. The main conclusions of this paper are: first. It is necessary to strengthen the infrastructure construction of Anhui Province and keep the network unimpeded; Second, strengthen the construction of agriculture-related websites to encourage enterprises or farmers to participate in agricultural e-commerce; Third, cultivate agricultural information talents, improve the quality of farmers, only have relevant talents and farmers with high quality, so as to make better use of the Internet; 4th, establish an efficient logistics system; Only in 5th, can we enhance the competitiveness of Anhui agricultural products in the Chinese market and the international market. 6th, increase the construction of credit system, which is an important guarantee for the smooth development of agricultural e-commerce. The innovations of this paper are: first, the use of SWOT analysis method. From the external environment, the paper analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of developing agricultural electronic commerce in Anhui Province. Second, we have consulted a large number of data, using analogy, comparative analysis of the current situation of agricultural e-commerce in Anhui Province. The composition of this paper mainly includes the following seven parts: first, the introduction part. Mainly includes the research background. Research significance, research status and so on. Second, the theoretical basis part. Mainly elaborated the electronic commerce concept and the characteristic, the electronic commerce development stage, the agricultural electronic commerce concept and the connotation, the agriculture electronic commerce pattern. The definition of agricultural informatization, the basic elements of agricultural electronic commerce development and the significance of developing agricultural electronic commerce. Third, the analysis of the current situation of agricultural electronic commerce in Anhui Province. 4. Anhui Province agricultural e-commerce SWOT analysis. 5, domestic and foreign agricultural e-commerce beneficial experience. Six, Changfeng strawberry case analysis. Seven. This paper puts forward some relevant suggestions on the present situation of agricultural electronic commerce in Anhui province in order to have a better development in the future.
