连锁快餐企业的网上订单分配模型研究

【摘要】:随着信息技术进步和人们工作生活节奏的加快,快餐业电子商务蓬勃发展。快餐配送是其中的关键问题,目前有分散式和集中式两种。论文研究背景是一个集养殖、售卖和快餐一体的中式快餐企业,开展电子商务,采用集中式配送模式,由其电子商务中心将网上订单分配至各快餐门店,再由门店配送给客户。论文构建了配送成本、配送时间、好评率、门店负荷均衡为目标的多目标优化模型,考虑了实体店生产能力限制、配送时间限制、订单不可重复分配等约束,设计了模糊折中规划求解算法。优化目标的权重由语言变量的梯形模糊数来确定。为验证模型的有效性,在Lingo平台上进行了仿真试验。主要讨论了以下几种情况:多目标优化的订单分配,单目标优化的订单分配,道路拥挤时的订单分配。并分析比较这几种情况下订单分配的结果。结合实际背景构建算例验证所提模型和算法的有效性,发现多目标优化模型的结果好于单目标模型,也考虑了道路拥挤程度对模型的影响。并依据实验成果给出了对连锁快餐企业订单分配的有效建议,对快餐企业的经营建设具有一定的引导作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology and the quickening pace of people's work and life, E-commerce of fast food industry is booming. Fast food distribution is one of the key problems, there are two kinds of distributed and centralized. The Chinese fast food enterprise which sells and fast food integrates develops the electronic commerce, adopts the centralized distribution pattern, distributes the online order to each fast food store by its electronic commerce center, then distributes to the customer by the store. The multi-objective optimization model, which aims at distribution time, praise rate and store load balance, takes into account the constraints of physical store production capacity, distribution time and order distribution, etc. A fuzzy compromise programming algorithm is designed. The weight of the optimization objective is determined by the trapezoidal fuzzy number of language variables. The simulation experiments are carried out on the Lingo platform. The following conditions are discussed: order allocation for multi-objective optimization, order allocation for single-objective optimization, and order allocation for single-objective optimization. The results of order allocation under these conditions are analyzed and compared. The effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm is verified by a practical example, and the results of the multi-objective optimization model are better than that of the single-objective model. The influence of road congestion on the model is also considered, and the effective suggestions for order allocation of fast food chain enterprises are given according to the experimental results, which has a certain guiding effect on the management and construction of fast food enterprises.
