电子商务环境下生鲜农产品的家庭配送模式及配送模型研究

【摘要】:随着社会经济的发展、城市生活节奏的加快,通过网络更加便捷地购买新鲜度更高的生鲜农产品的观念已逐步深入百姓生活中,当下这种需求也是越来越旺盛。而现有的生鲜农产品网站采取的运作模式并不能完全满足消费者的需求,其存在物流环节过多、区域配送方式不合理,配送成本过高等问题,这些严重制约了生鲜农产品家庭配送的发展。 因此在电子商务环境下,如何建立有效的生鲜农产品家庭配送模式,提高物流配送效率、保证产品的质量和新鲜度,是发展生鲜农产品家庭配送急需解决的问题之一。 本文在分析现有农产品供应链以及现有电子商务环境下生鲜农产品家庭配送模式特点与内涵的基础上,提出一种科学有效的运作模式,并针对该模式的运行提出实施策略以及推行建议。在此基础上,研究了生鲜农产品家庭配送采购中心的选址问题以及路径优化问题。本论文的主要研究内容包括: 首先,对生鲜农产品与我国生鲜农产品流通的主要特点进行了阐述,并分析了生鲜农产品流通的现状以及存在的问题。在生鲜农产品流通引入电子商务模式后分析了B2C电子商务模式的特点以及主要优势。 其次,针对现有电子商务环境下生鲜农产品家庭配送模式不能有效满足消费者需求的问题,提出了合作式的电子商务环境下生鲜农产品家庭配送模式,能够有效满足家庭消费者对生鲜农产品新鲜度、价格、产品质量与服务质量的要求。并提出相应的经营策略和推广对策。 然后,根据合作式电子商务环境下生鲜农产品家庭配送模式发展展望,分析了生鲜农产品采购配送中心的特征和生鲜农产品采购配送中心的选址原则。运用线性规划理论,建立了生鲜农产品采购配送中心选址模型,从理论上进行分析,并用启发式算法逼近选址模型的最优解。 最后,介绍生了鲜农产品采购配送路径的类型,在生鲜农产品配送时间最短的优化原则下构建配送路径优化选择模型,运用最小生成树法求解最优路径(最短的Hamilton路),并给出算例分析最小生成树算法的有效性,而后结合实际的配送问题分析生鲜农产品的在实际运作中决策还需注意的问题。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy and the acceleration of the pace of urban life, the concept of buying fresh agricultural products with higher freshness through the Internet has gradually penetrated into people's lives. At present, this kind of demand is more and more exuberant. However, the operation mode adopted by the existing fresh agricultural products website can not completely meet the needs of consumers. There are many problems such as too many logistics links, unreasonable regional distribution methods, too high distribution costs, and so on. These seriously restrict the development of family distribution of fresh agricultural products. Therefore, how to establish an effective family distribution model of fresh agricultural products, improve the efficiency of logistics distribution, and ensure the quality and freshness of products is one of the urgent problems to be solved in the development of household distribution of fresh agricultural products under the environment of electronic commerce. Based on the analysis of the characteristics and connotation of the current supply chain of agricultural products and the family distribution mode of fresh agricultural products under the current electronic commerce environment, this paper puts forward a scientific and effective operation model. On the basis of this, the paper studies the location problem and path optimization of the family distribution purchasing center of fresh agricultural products. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:. First of all, the main characteristics of the circulation of fresh agricultural products and fresh agricultural products in China are expounded. The current situation and existing problems of fresh agricultural products circulation were analyzed. After the introduction of e-commerce model, the characteristics and main advantages of B2C e-commerce model were analyzed. Secondly, aiming at the problem that the family distribution mode of fresh agricultural products can not meet the needs of consumers effectively in the current electronic commerce environment, this paper puts forward the family distribution mode of fresh agricultural products under the cooperative electronic commerce environment. It can effectively meet the requirements of household consumers for fresh agricultural products freshness, price, product quality and service quality, and put forward the corresponding management strategy and promotion countermeasures. Then, according to the development prospect of the family distribution mode of fresh agricultural products under the cooperative electronic commerce environment, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the fresh agricultural products purchasing and distribution center and the selection principle of the fresh agricultural products purchasing and distribution center. The linear programming theory is used to analyze the characteristics of the fresh agricultural products purchasing and distribution center. The location model of fresh agricultural products purchasing and distribution center was established and analyzed theoretically, and the heuristic algorithm was used to approach the optimal solution of the model. Finally, this paper introduces the types of purchasing and distribution routes for fresh agricultural products, and constructs an optimal distribution path selection model under the principle of shortest distribution time of fresh agricultural products. The minimum spanning tree method is used to solve the optimal path (the shortest Hamilton path), and an example is given to analyze the validity of the minimum spanning tree algorithm, and then to analyze the problems that should be paid attention to in the decision making of fresh agricultural products in the actual operation combined with the actual distribution problem.
