宁德市柘荣县特色现代农业发展研究

【摘要】：宁德市柘荣县做为现代农业发展的小型城镇,很多方面还有发展的空间,可在利用其良好的地理位置加强与外界的合作,利用传统农业基础和自然环境来优化农业生产模式,用这些方式来改善基础设施、提高农业科技水平、健全农业产业体系和完善农业生产组织制度,把握各级农业支持政策的引导和落实、统筹城乡建设任务推进。在本文中本人根据宁德市柘荣县缺乏现代化的发展,农民的收入保持在一个较低水平等的具体情况,进行规划分析了柘荣县特色现代推进的节奏和方式。针对柘荣县的特点,有选择得将某些产业作为重点推进项目。在中药材,食用菌,蔬菜,茶叶,油茶是当地特产,在加之休闲农业,一共形成六个重点的农业发展领域。并建议当地政府应该针对这六个领域,分别对产业发展布局、产业发展目标和主要建设内容进行分析,进行基础设施建设工程、农产品质量安全保障工程、特色农产品品牌培育工程、农业产业配套服务工程、产业融合推进工程和农产品电子商务工程等特色现代农业配套工程建设,并从组织、政策、资金和人力资源等方面进行改革。
[Abstract]:As a small town with modern agricultural development, Zhelong County in Ningde City still has room for development in many aspects. It is possible to strengthen cooperation with the outside world by using its favorable geographical location and to optimize agricultural production patterns by using the traditional agricultural foundation and natural environment. Using these methods to improve infrastructure, raise the level of agricultural science and technology, improve the agricultural industrial system and improve the agricultural production organization system, and grasp the guidance and implementation of agricultural support policies at all levels. In this paper, according to the lack of modern development in Zhelong County, Ningde City, farmers' income is kept at a relatively low level. According to the characteristics of Zhelong County, some industries have been selected as the key projects. In Chinese medicinal materials, edible fungi, vegetables, tea and Camellia oleifera are local specialties. In addition to leisure agriculture, a total of six key areas of agricultural development have been formed. And it is suggested that the local government should analyze the industrial development layout, industrial development objectives and main construction contents, respectively, in view of these six fields. Carrying out the infrastructure construction project, the quality and safety guarantee project of agricultural products, the brand cultivation project of characteristic agricultural products, the supporting service project of agricultural industry, The integration of industries promotes the construction of modern agricultural supporting projects such as engineering and electronic commerce of agricultural products, and carries out reforms in organizational, policy, capital and human resources aspects.
