电子商务环境下农产品供应链风险评价与应用研究

【摘要】:快速增长的移动互联网用户为中国电子商务市场提供了更大的潜在用户群,电子商务呈现爆炸性增长的态势。但由于电子商务在线经营的特殊性,越来越多的农产品以电子商务的方式加入到市场竞争,以电子商务为基础的销售方式改变了传统的农产品供应链发展模式,但电子商务在给农产品供应链管理带来便利的同时,也使农产品供应链风险控制变得更为复杂,传统的农产品供应链风险预防机制在电子商务环境下不再适用。因此,电子商务环境下农产品供应链风险研究受到学术界和企业界越来越多的关注。本文在分析电子商务与农产品供应链管理思想的基础上对电子商务环境下农产品供应链风险进行研究,总结电子商务环境下农产品供应链风险管理的特点;参考前人在分析农产品供应链风险评价时建立的指标体系,结合实际调研情况,建立基于电子商务环境下的农产品供应链风险指标体系;在评价方法方面,参考国内外学者在供应链风险评价方法的研究基础上,建立了基于三角模糊数的层次分析法和模糊综合评价法模型;最后以代表农产品电商的A公司为例进行了实证分析,证实了这种模型的适用性和可靠性。
[Abstract]:The rapid growth of mobile Internet users has provided a larger group of potential users for China's e-commerce market, and e-commerce has shown an explosive growth trend. However, due to the particularity of e-commerce online management, More and more agricultural products join in the market competition by electronic commerce. The marketing mode based on electronic commerce has changed the traditional agricultural product supply chain development mode, but electronic commerce has brought convenience to agricultural product supply chain management at the same time. It also makes the risk control of agricultural product supply chain more complicated, and the traditional risk prevention mechanism of agricultural product supply chain is no longer applicable in the environment of electronic commerce. The research on the risk of agricultural product supply chain under the environment of electronic commerce has attracted more and more attention from academia and business circles. Based on the analysis of the ideas of electronic commerce and supply chain management of agricultural products, this paper makes an analysis of the supply of agricultural products under the environment. Chain risk should be studied, This paper summarizes the characteristics of agricultural product supply chain risk management under the environment of electronic commerce, refers to the index system established by predecessors when analyzing agricultural product supply chain risk evaluation, and combines the actual investigation and research. Establishing the agricultural product supply chain risk index system based on e-commerce environment, referring to the domestic and foreign scholars' research on the supply chain risk evaluation method, The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) based on triangular fuzzy number and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model are established, and the applicability and reliability of this model are verified by the empirical analysis of company A, which represents the agricultural product e-commerce.
