莱芜市邮政公司业务代办管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：随着时代的变迁与科技的进步,邮政业务遇到了发展的瓶颈。为此莱芜市邮政公司主动思考,创新发展模式,在同一电子商务平台的支持下继续开办邮政代办业务,主要内容涉及居民用电、自来水、天然气等费用的代缴业务。在电子商务平台的支撑下邮政电子商务业务取得了突出成绩,但是存在一些问题。为此莱芜市邮政公司决定新建一套缴费业务代办管理系统以适应社会代办点的推广。本系统开发环境均采用微软公司的产品,保证了系统的稳定可靠。开发环境采用Visual Studio 2013旗舰版进行开发,开发语言采用C#。软件架构采用的是MVC5架构,后台数据库是采用SQL Server 2012。整个系统主要实现电费业务管理、水费业务管理、气费业务管理、综合管理四大功能。电费业务管理、水费业务管理、气费业务管理是莱芜市邮政公司业务代办管理系统的核心业务模块,电费业务管理主要实现了查询缴费、收据补打、当日日志查询、历史日志查询。水费业务管理主要实现了查询缴费、发票补打、卡折打印、当日日志查询、历史日志查询。天然气代缴业务管理的功能主要实现了查询缴费、发票补打、撤销缴费、当日日志查询、历史日志查询。综合管理的主要实现了柜员轧账、网点轧账、柜员营业日报、网点营业日报、网点隔日轧账、网点上班、网点下班、柜员签到、柜员签退、修改密码。莱芜市邮政公司业务代办管理系统投用后运行稳定,迅速的带动了邮政公司代办业务的开展,公司业绩明显提高。同时带动了社会就业,并且给广大的居民日常缴费带来了巨大的方便。
[Abstract]:With the change of the times and the progress of science and technology, postal service has encountered the bottleneck of development. Therefore, Laiwu postal company actively pondered, innovated its development model, and continued to open postal agency business with the support of the same e-commerce platform. The main contents are related to the payment of household electricity, tap water, natural gas and other expenses. With the support of the electronic commerce platform, the postal e-commerce business has made outstanding achievements. However, there are some problems. For this reason, Laiwu Post Company decided to build a new charge service agency management system to adapt to the promotion of social agency points. The development environment of this system is all based on Microsoft products. The system is stable and reliable. The development environment is developed with Visual Studio 2013 flagship, the development language is C#. the software structure is MVC5, and the backstage database is SQL Server 2012.The whole system mainly realizes electricity business management. The four main functions of water fee management, gas fee business management and integrated management are the core business modules of the business agent management system of Laiwu postal company, including electricity charge business management, water fee business management and gas fee business management. Electricity business management mainly realizes the inquiry payment, receipt supplement, day log query, history log inquiry. Water fee business management mainly realizes the query payment, invoice supplement, card printing, day log inquiry, and the same day log inquiry, the water fee business management mainly realizes the inquiry payment, the invoice replenishment, the card discount printing, the day log inquiry, Historical log inquiry. The functions of the management of natural gas payment service mainly realize the inquiry payment, invoice payment, cancellation of payment, day log inquiry, historical log inquiry. The comprehensive management mainly realizes the counter clerk rolling account, the dot rolling account, The teller business daily, the network business daily, the dot rolling account every other day, the dot goes to work, the network closes off, the teller signs in, the teller signs back, modifies the password. The Laiwu postal company's business agent management system runs steadily after it is put into use. The rapid development of the postal agency business, the company performance significantly improved. At the same time, led to social employment, and to the majority of residents daily payment brought great convenience.
