【摘要】：随着互联网技术应用的不断深入,电子商务逐渐成为重点应用方向。电子商务营销方式相对于传统的营销方式有很大区别,在其销售各环节里,最主要的部分为利用互联网络进行的销售的过程,这种方式也成为了很多行业中比较流行的销售模式。近年来,电子商务手段逐渐进军电影票售卖领域,售票过程中不再是以人工售卖为主,而是在其中加入了电商模式,购买人可以在互联网上完成购票、退票、选票等操作。在互联网技术发展的如此迅猛的前提下,将电影售票过程与互联网结合的方式势在必行。同时这也是当前比较符合潮流的方式,可以在很多方面改善,如可以减轻工作人员工作量、提供工作效率、为用户带来便利,可以使用户足不出户就可以买到自己想要的电影票,同时也可以在家里或者办公室内就可以查看实时的电影信息,更好地提升顾客的满意程度,在多方面达到国际化水平。本文主要工作可以概括如下:首先在对当前国内外的电影事业、电商售卖电影票的研究现状做了一定了解。其次结合当前的各电影电商平台的实际研究情况先后进行了系统需求分析工作。随后又进行了结构设计、总体设计、数据库设计、功能模块设计开发等工作,其中系统主要功能包括登录模块、售票模块、支付模块、退票模块、查询模块等,在数据库方面,本系统主要采用MYSQL数据库,系统开发语言采用Java开发语言,开发框架采用SSH框架,前台页面主要采用JSP开发技术。在开发完成之后,又进行了系统的测试工作,测试工作包括三部分,分别为环境测试、功能性测试、系统的压力测试等内容,通过这几部分工作共同完成了测试工作。经过测试发现本系统功能运行正常,满足当前消费者的需求。同时本系统在技术方面也采用比较先进的开发技术,对于维护与更新更带来了很多方便。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the application of Internet technology, e-commerce has gradually become the key application direction. E-commerce marketing is different from the traditional marketing methods. The main part is the process of selling on the Internet, which has become a popular sales model in many industries. In recent years, e-commerce has gradually moved into the field of film ticket sales. The process of selling tickets is no longer dominated by manual sales, but by adding an e-commerce model in which purchasers can purchase tickets, refund tickets, ballot papers and so on on the Internet. Under the premise of the rapid development of Internet technology, It is imperative to combine the film ticket sales process with the Internet. It is also a more trendy way to improve in many ways, such as reducing the workload of the staff, providing work efficiency, and bringing convenience to the users. It allows users to buy the movie tickets they want without leaving the home, and can also view real-time movie information at home or in the office, so as to improve customer satisfaction. The main work of this paper can be summarized as follows: first of all, on the current domestic and foreign film industry, The current situation of the research on the sale of movie tickets has been understood. Secondly, the system requirement analysis work has been carried out successively according to the actual research situation of various movie e-commerce platforms. Then, the structure design, the overall design, the database design have been carried out. The main functions of the system include login module, ticketing module, payment module, refund module, query module and so on. In database, the system mainly adopts MYSQL database. The system development language adopts the Java development language, the development frame adopts the SSH framework, the foreground page mainly uses the JSP development technology. After the development, the system test work is carried out, the test work includes three parts, respectively, environment test. Functional testing, system stress testing and other contents, through these parts of the work to complete the test work. After testing, it was found that the system function is running normally. At the same time, the system also adopts more advanced development technology, which brings a lot of convenience to maintenance and update.
