X公司跨境电商供应链PCC管理研究

【摘要】:跨境电商作为一种新兴的国际贸易形式,近几年逐渐成为一个热点话题,获得了广泛的关注和参与。在政府层面,与跨境电商相关的政策层出不穷;在电商领域,阿里巴巴、亚马逊的巨头全面布局;在大众创业、万众创新的方面,涌现出的新模式也撬动着跨境电商市场固有的份额;在传统供应链和物流方面,顺丰、圆通等快递企业利用自身业务优势,逐渐向供应链的采购和渠道两端延伸;在社会环境方面,大量资金的涌入和媒体的推波助澜,也让跨境电商每天都在演绎着励志的创业故事。然而,现实并没有故事那么美好。跨境电商行业资本和互联网+的浪潮推动下,有行业新秀的涌现,也有很多人黯然退场。跨境电商要更快、更好的健康发展,还有很多事情需要做,比如在政策、贸易方式、报关、检验检疫、外汇管理等方面还需要做持续的改善和研究。从贸易模式来看,跨境电商是一种颠覆传统国际贸易体系的创新。基于电子商务技术,穿越了时间和空间,让消费者能够轻松买到其他国家的商品。与之相伴相生的就是跨境电商的供应链管理。跨境电商供应链管理涵盖了采购、物流、销售、逆向物流等内容,贯穿了整个经营活动。因此,由跨境电商供应链组织形式构成的模式基本上确定了跨境电商的特性。从目前从业的企业来看,主要参与者共有两类。第一类,是以国际物流或国际贸易为主的企业,通过物流业务向采购和销售两端延伸,或通过贸易向下延伸至物流和销售,以较低的业务转型成本进入了跨境电商领域,这一类企业的特点是掌握了跨境电商供应链的一个或多个支点,以此延伸建立完整的供应链管理。第二类,是互联网企业或国内外一般电子商务企业,这类企业一般以平台为基础,搭建适合平台定位的供应链管理模式,这种模式的优势是不受传统模式的制约,可以用更新的理论和方法去构建最适合的模式,但是,同样是由于没有历史的制约,在供应链管理的方面容易走一些弯路。X企业从事传统国际贸易及国际物流业务十多年,通过与互联网科技公司的重组,转型成为一个以互联网平台为驱动,以跨国采购、国际物流、O2O分销为基础的跨境电商供应链管理服务企业。显然,X企业不具备像阿里巴巴、亚马逊等跨境电商巨头在采购、销售、资金、平台等方面的实力;也不具备顺丰、圆通等快递企业在物流上的巨大优势。因此,X企业必须通过对自身优势和劣势的分析,扬长避短,在采购、物流、销售方面找到适合自己的定位,构建差异化的供应链管理模式。本文通过对常见B2B、B2C、C2C等供应链管理模式进行研究和对比,分析出每种模式的主要特点及关键要素,结合X企业的分析,提出适合X企业的跨境电商供应链PCC管理模式,通过数据模型建立PCC模式的理论基础,通过对运作策略和实施措施的研究验证PCC模式的可行性,建立X企业可持续发展模式,形成采购、物流、销售互相促进的良性循环,将供应链的各个环节聚集在统一的平台上,提升客户满意度,提升企业的核心竞争力。
[Abstract]:As a new form of international trade, cross-border e-commerce has gradually become a hot topic in recent years and has gained wide attention and participation. At the government level, the policies related to cross-border e-commerce are emerging in an endless stream; in the field of e-commerce, the Alibaba and the Amazon's tycoon overall layout; the emergence of new developments in the public business and innovation. The model also pried the inherent share of the cross-border e-commerce market. In the traditional supply chain and logistics, the express enterprises, such as Shun Feng, Yutong and other express enterprises, use their own business advantages to gradually extend the supply chain to both ends of the procurement and channel. Based on e-business technology, it is able to travel through time and space to allow consumers to easily buy goods from other countries. E-commerce supply chain management covers procurement, logistics, sales, reverse logistics and other content, which runs through the whole business activities. Therefore, the pattern made up of cross-border e-commerce supply chain basically determines the characteristics of cross-border e-commerce. From the current business enterprise, there are two main types of participants. The first category is international logistics or international trade. Based on logistics business, enterprises that extend to both ends of procurement and sales, or through trade down to logistics and sales, have entered the cross-border e-commerce field with lower business transformation costs. This type of enterprise is characterized by mastering one or more fulcrum of cross-border e-commerce supply chain to extend the complete supply chain management. The second category is the Internet enterprise or the general e-commerce enterprises at home and abroad. These enterprises generally build a supply chain management model suitable for platform positioning based on the platform. The advantages of this model are not restricted by the traditional mode, and the most suitable model can be constructed with the updated theories and methods. However, it is also due to the lack of history. In the aspects of supply chain management, it is easy to take some curve.X enterprises to engage in traditional international trade and international logistics business for more than 10 years. Through restructuring with Internet technology companies, it becomes a cross border supply chain management service enterprise based on the Internet platform as the drive, transnational procurement, international logistics and O2O sub marketing. Obviously, X enterprises do not have the strength in procurement, sales, funds and platforms, such as the Alibaba, Amazon and other cross-border e-commerce giants, and the huge advantages of the express enterprises such as Shun Feng and Yutong. Therefore, the X enterprise must find its advantages and disadvantages through the analysis of its own advantages and disadvantages, and find an appropriate way to purchase, logistics, and sales. Through the research and comparison of the common B2B, B2C, C2C and other supply chain management modes, the main characteristics and key elements of each model are analyzed in this paper, and the analysis of X enterprises is put forward, and the PCC management mode of the cross-border electric business supply chain suitable for X enterprises is put forward, and the PCC is established through the data model. The theoretical basis of the model is to verify the feasibility of the PCC model through the study of the operation strategy and implementation measures, to establish a sustainable development model of the X enterprise, to form a virtuous circle of purchasing, logistics and sales promotion, and to gather each link of the supply chain on a unified platform to improve the customer satisfaction and enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
