基于供应链金融的大宗商品互联网融资平台运行机制的研究

【摘要】：大宗商品交易所需的资金量巨大,行业中的企业都有着非常强烈的融资需求来保证企业资金运转。但在我国中小企业融资难是普遍现象,如何解决中小企业融资难一直是一个研究的课题。在世界经济迅速发展的背景下,互联网技术得到了快速的发展,大宗商品电子商务平台在近几年也逐渐发展起来,为更多的企业提供了商机,提升了市场经济发展的稳定性与流通性。随着大宗商品电子交易的广泛应用,带动起基于供应链金融模式下的大宗商品互联网金融的发展,专门为解决中小企业融资难开辟出了一条新的途径。在当前的学术研究过程中,许多学者也将电子商务和供应链融资联系到一起,并对二者之间的实际效益和运行机制进行了深入的探讨和研究。本篇文章通过查阅相关的资料和阅读相关的文献,逐步学习了电子商务平台供应链融资的相关知识,以及其所带来的意义。然后对其基本理论知识和相关概念进行了总结,分析大宗商品互联网融资平台的运行机制。并从多个角度对国内知名的金银岛大宗商品交易平台、欧冶云商大宗商品交易平台和T企业的融资系统进行了对比分析,重点分析了系统建设相对较好的T企业的融资平台。并指出这些融资平台普遍在设计中存在的不足与风险点,提出了相关完善系统的对策和建议。本文通过对以电子商务平台为背景的供应链融资方式进行了深入的探讨,提出了完善融资平台的对策和建议,促进我国大宗商品互联网融资平台的发展,使其以更加安全,快捷的方式为我国处于资金困难的中小型企业提供融资服务。
[Abstract]:Commodity exchanges require huge amounts of money, and companies in the industry have strong financing needs to keep their money running. However, it is a common phenomenon to solve the financing difficulties of SMEs in China, and how to solve them is always a research topic. In the context of the rapid development of the world economy, Internet technology has been rapidly developed, and the commodity e-commerce platform has gradually developed in recent years, providing business opportunities for more enterprises. Improved the stability and circulation of market economy development. With the wide application of electronic trading of commodities, the development of commodity Internet finance based on supply chain finance mode has been promoted, which has opened a new way to solve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises. In the current academic research process, many scholars have also linked e-commerce and supply chain financing, and have deeply discussed and studied the actual benefit and operation mechanism between them. By consulting relevant materials and reading relevant literature, this article has gradually learned the relevant knowledge of supply chain financing of electronic commerce platform and its significance. Then the basic theoretical knowledge and related concepts are summarized, and the operation mechanism of commodity Internet financing platform is analyzed. And from several angles, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the domestic well-known commodity trading platform of honeysuckle, the commodity trading platform of Ouye cloud and the financing system of T enterprise, and emphatically analyzes the financing platform of T enterprise which is relatively good in the system construction. At the same time, it points out the deficiency and risk point of these financing platforms in the design, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to perfect the system. This paper probes into the supply chain financing mode with the background of e-commerce platform, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the financing platform, to promote the development of China's commodity Internet financing platform and to make it more secure. A quick way to provide financing services for small and medium-sized enterprises in financial difficulties in our country.
