基于订单密度模型的城市电子商务物流网络优化研究

【摘要】:电子商务环境下,订单量快速增长,客户需求呈现多样性,,这就对城市内电子商务物流提出越来越高的要求,对城市内物流网络的设计提出了新的挑战。城市内电子商务物流网络优化设计需要解决订单需求的聚合与划分、配送网络的物流模式设计、配送网络拓扑结构设计、配送网络设施选址与路径优化、配送网络成本和效率优化、物流配送网络建设方法论总结等核心问题。 本文立足城市内电子商务物流网络优化领域,针对其面临的实际问题,主要做了以下几个方面的工作。一是通过阅读物流配送网络优化的有关研究文献,结合实验室项目经验,提出一套通用的城市内物流网络优化方法论,即包含前端数据处理、拓扑结构设计和物流模式设计,中端定量建模和求解,后端综合评价和选择的三阶段物流网络优化方法。二是通过比较现有电子商务物流模式的优缺点与应用情景,得到针对城市内电子商务特点的物流配送模式,即将城市内物流资源统一整合,建立统一的城市配送中心、二级配送站和终端配送站点的共同配送体系。并提出对应于共同配送体系的三级物流网络拓扑结构。三是针对需求聚合、设施选择、路径优化等问题进行建模,创新性地引入订单密度模型、人口密度模型、复杂网路模型等对城市物流网络优化过程进行整体建模。并通过归纳所建设的模型的特点,运用贪心算法和带有禁忌搜索思想的遗传算法求解模型。四是开发城市内电子商务物流网络优化系统实现整个建模与求解过程,通过对优化结果的比较,验证了模型和算法。 本文第一章介绍了本文的研究背景,并对目前的研究进展进行综述,提出了本文的研究内容和论文的结构。第二章具体阐述了目前研究现状,指出现有研究存在的问题,然后给出本文的技术路线,并对本文的相关理论进行介绍。第三章针对城市物流网络优化的关键问题进行具体设计,包括方法论、物流模式、拓扑结构、模型及求解算法。第四章设计城市内电子商务物流网络优化系统,并对文章的模型和算法进行验证。第五章总结了本文的研究工作,指出了未来的研究方向。文章的最后部分包括参考文献、附录、致谢、已发表论文和参与项目。
[Abstract]:Under the environment of electronic commerce, the quantity of order increases rapidly and the customer demand presents diversity, which puts forward more and more high requirements to the electronic commerce logistics in the city, and puts forward new challenge to the design of the logistics network in the city. Urban e-commerce logistics network optimization design needs to solve the aggregation and division of order demand, distribution network logistics mode design, distribution network topology design, distribution network facilities location and path optimization. Distribution network cost and efficiency optimization, logistics distribution network construction methodology summary and other core issues. Based on the field of logistics network optimization in the city, this paper mainly does the following work in view of the practical problems it faces. First, by reading the relevant research documents on logistics distribution network optimization and combining the laboratory project experience, a set of general urban logistics network optimization methodology is put forward, which includes front-end data processing, topology structure design and logistics pattern design. Middle end quantitative modeling and solution, backend comprehensive evaluation and selection of three-stage logistics network optimization method. Second, by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing electronic commerce logistics model and the application situation, we can get the logistics distribution mode according to the characteristics of the electronic commerce in the city, that is, the unified integration of the logistics resources in the city, and the establishment of the unified city distribution center. The joint distribution system of two distribution stations and terminal distribution stations. A three-level logistics network topology corresponding to the common distribution system is proposed. The third is to model the optimization process of urban logistics network by introducing order density model, population density model, complex network model and so on, aiming at the problems of demand aggregation, facility selection, path optimization and so on, and innovatively introducing the order density model, population density model, complex network model and so on. By summarizing the characteristics of the model, the greedy algorithm and the genetic algorithm with Tabu search idea are used to solve the model. The fourth is to develop the logistics network optimization system in the city to realize the whole process of modeling and solving. Through the comparison of the optimization results, the model and algorithm are verified. The first chapter introduces the research background of this paper, summarizes the current research progress, and puts forward the research content and structure of this paper. The second chapter describes the current research situation, points out the existing problems, and then gives the technical route of this paper, and introduces the relevant theories of this paper. The third chapter designs the key problems of urban logistics network optimization, including methodology, logistics model, topology, model and solving algorithm. The fourth chapter designs the logistics network optimization system of electronic commerce in city, and verifies the model and algorithm of this paper. The fifth chapter summarizes the research work and points out the future research direction. The final section includes references, appendices, acknowledgements, published papers and participation in projects.
