基于“个性化价值”的我国百货业创新发展探讨

【摘要】:随着行业的全面开放和电子商务的发展,我国百货业正面临着跨国零售巨头和各种新兴零售业态的多方面挑战。本文通过分析当前我国百货业发展现状,结合"个性化价值"理论以及它在百货业中的应用,提出了基于"个性化价值"的百货业创新发展策略,这对我国百货业冲破当前困境,提升自身竞争力,满足消费者需求,扭转当前百货业颓势具有十分重要的参考价值。
[Abstract]:With the overall opening of the industry and the development of e-commerce, the department store industry in China is facing various challenges from multinational retail giants and various new retail formats. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the development of the department store industry in our country, combined with the theory of "individualized value" and its application in the department store industry, this paper puts forward the innovative development strategy of the department store industry based on the "individualized value". This has very important reference value for the department store industry of our country to break through the current predicament, improve its own competitiveness, meet the needs of consumers, and reverse the current decline of the department store industry.
