建设银行电子商务金融服务平台商城账户业务系统的设计与实现

【摘要】：随着计算机技术和互联网技术的发展,人们生活早已经加入了信息化、数字化的元素,尤其是在商品贸易方面,电子商城的兴起改变了传统的贸易模式,各行各业都已经开始使用电子商城进行商品贸易,尤其是建设银行。建设银行电子商务金融服务平台商城为建设银行带来了许多客户资源和利润空间,但是电子商务金融服务平台商城账户业务数据的管理一直是棘手的问题,建设银行经过综合分析,决定使用信息化的管理平台辅助管理。有了背景需求的强烈推动,建设银行电子商务金融服务平台商城账户业务系统的设计和开发工作已经有了可喜可贺的成果。本系统使用面向对象统一建模的Java语言编写开发完成,整体设计是B/S架构,即客户端-服务器架构。不仅如此系统采用MVC的设计模式和SSH框架。MVC是模型(model)-视图(view)—控制器(controller)的缩写,是一种软件设计典范,特点是将数据、界面和数据处理分离开来,便于之后的维护。本系统使用SQLServer2014作为存储数据的数据库,能够最大限度的保证后台数据的完整性、准确性和安全性。建设银行电子商务金融服务平台商城账户业务系统共实现了五个核心功能,分别为:商城账户开通功能、充值提现功能、直接支付功能、担保支付功能以及查询维护功能五部分。其中,充值提现功能主要实现了转账充值管理、支付充值管理、快捷充值管理和提现管理等四个子功能;直接支付功能主要实现了余额支付管理、消费支付管理、组合支付管理、信用卡分期支付管理和游客直接支付管理等五个子功能;担保支付功能主要实现了个人客户担保支付管理、个人游客担保支付管理、企业客户担保支付管理、确认付款管理和确认付款前的退款管理等五个子功能;查询维护功能主要实现了账户查询管理、账务查询管理、订单查询管理以及账户维护管理等四个子功能。建设银行电子商务金融服务平台商城账户业务系统的设计、开发和使用,预期能够提高金融服务平台商城账户业务数据的管理质量和管理效率,保障金融服务平台商城的正常运行,从而可以更好对建设银行进行经营。
[Abstract]:With the development of computer technology and Internet technology, people have already joined the elements of information and digitization, especially in the trade of goods. The rise of electronic shopping mall has changed the traditional trade mode. A variety of industries have begun to use electronic shopping malls for commodity trade, especially the Construction Bank. China Construction Bank's e-commerce financial service platform mall has brought a lot of customer resources and profit space to CCB, but the management of account data of e-commerce financial service platform has always been a thorny problem. After comprehensive analysis, China Construction Bank decided to use the information management platform to assist management. With the strong push of the background demand, the design and development of the commercial city account business system of the bank's electronic commerce financial service platform has already had the gratifying achievement. The system is developed with Java language of object-oriented unified modeling. The whole design is B / S architecture, that is, client-server architecture. Moreover, the system adopts the design pattern of MVC and the SSH framework. MVC is the abbreviation of model-view-controller. It is a kind of software design model, which is characterized by separating data, interface and data processing, which is convenient for later maintenance. This system uses SQLServer2014 as the database to store data, which can guarantee the integrity, accuracy and security of background data. The commercial city account business system of China Construction Bank's electronic commerce financial service platform has realized five core functions, namely: the opening function of the commercial city account, the function of recharging and withdrawing, the function of direct payment. Guarantee payment function and query and maintenance function five parts. Among them, the recharge and withdrawal function mainly realizes four sub-functions: transfer recharge management, payment recharge management, quick recharge management and cash withdrawal management, and direct payment function mainly realizes balance payment management, consumption payment management, etc. Combined payment management, credit card installment payment management and direct payment management of tourists are five sub-functions: guarantee payment function mainly realizes individual customer guarantee payment management, individual tourist guarantee payment management, enterprise customer guarantee payment management, etc. There are five sub-functions of confirming payment management and refund management before confirming payment, and query and maintenance function mainly realizes four sub-functions: account query management, order query management and account maintenance management. The design, development and use of the commercial city account business system of China Construction Bank's electronic commerce financial service platform are expected to improve the management quality and management efficiency of the business data of the commercial city account of the financial service platform. Ensure the normal operation of the financial services platform mall, so that the construction bank can be better operated.
