电子商务环境下A公司物流配送协同的研究

【摘要】:电子商务依托互联网技术的发展,以独特的经济贸易方式在21世纪获得了长足发展。电子商务的低成本、不受地域和时间限制等特点受到了中小型企业的青睐,并在一定程度促进了经济的发展。然而,电子商务多数的商务活动与物流配送密不可分,电子商务的发展需要物流配送的协同。由于电子商务与物流配送在行业自身存在较大的差异,并显现出了诸多不协同的问题。 本文紧密结合A公司业务发展的实际需求,对电子商务和物流配送间的不协同问题进行总结分析,并构建基于A公司与物流配送的协同优化措施和物流信息平台。本文的主要研究内容如下: (1)研究电子商务与物流配送的研究背景和研究现状,并阐述了电子商务与物流配送间的关系和存在的问题。 (2)针对A公司的实际,对A公司物流配送存在的协同问题的现状进行统计,并对具体的问题做出分析。 (3)在SCOR模型基础上,制定了数条电子商务与物流配送协同的优化措施。 (4)根据A公司对物流信息的实际需求,阐述了A公司物流信息平台的功能,并设计协同物流平台的体系架构,对平台的各个功能模块进行了概述。 本文结合A公司发展实际,从电子商务行业和物流配送的经济特征入手,分析当前公司存在的问题,从不协同的观点出发,构建电子商务与物流配送协同的优化措施,构建了A公司的协同物流信息平台,对实际电子商务与物流配送具有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:E-commerce, relying on the development of internet technology, has made great progress in the 21 st century with its unique economic and trade mode. The low cost of electronic commerce, not limited by region and time, has been favored by small and medium-sized enterprises, and promoted the development of economy to a certain extent. However, most commercial activities of electronic commerce are closely related to logistics distribution, and the development of electronic commerce needs the coordination of logistics distribution. Because of the great difference between e-commerce and logistics distribution in the industry itself, there are many uncoordinated problems. Combined with the actual demand of the business development of company A, this paper summarizes and analyzes the problem of non-cooperation between E-commerce and logistics distribution, and constructs the cooperative optimization measures and logistics information platform based on A company and logistics distribution. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1) the research background and present situation of E-commerce and logistics distribution are studied, and the relationship and existing problems between E-commerce and logistics distribution are expounded. According to the reality of company A, this paper makes statistics on the status quo of the synergy problem in logistics distribution of company A, and makes an analysis of the specific problems. On the basis of SCOR model, several optimization measures of cooperation between electronic commerce and logistics distribution are established. According to the actual demand of logistics information in company A, this paper expounds the function of logistics information platform of company A, designs the architecture of collaborative logistics platform, and summarizes each function module of the platform. Based on the development practice of company A, this paper starts with the economic characteristics of e-commerce industry and logistics distribution, analyzes the problems existing in the company at present, sets out from the viewpoint of never cooperating, and constructs the optimization measures of cooperation between electronic commerce and logistics distribution. The collaborative logistics information platform of company A is constructed, which has certain reference significance to the actual electronic commerce and logistics distribution.
