我国外贸企业应用B2C跨境电商发展研究

【摘要】:在全球经济低迷和国际竞争加剧的背景下,我国外贸企业分割国际市场份额变得愈加艰难,我国外贸企业亟需转变外贸方式来逆转企业困境,跨境电商作为一种新型的贸易模式给我国外贸企业带来了福音。跨境电商不仅缩短外贸交易流程,提高贸易效率,还降低了外贸企业的交易成本,创造更多交易机会,使我国外贸企业以更加积极的姿态更多地参与到国际竞争。我国的外贸企业运用跨境平台进行对外贸易成为其未来发展的一个必然选择,这种方式已成为我国对外经济贸易增长的重要推动力。但是外贸企业的应用水平如何,哪些因素对其应用水平的影响较大,以及通过怎样的措施来促进跨境电商的发展等,这些都需要我们探索和研究。本文以外贸企业应用B2C出口跨境电商作为研究对象。首先从研究背景和研究意义两个方面进行阐述,并对跨境电商领域的国内外相关研究进行详细的梳理并进行归类;然后对跨境电商的相关概念和理论进行概述,并从我国外贸企业B2C跨境电商的应用现状、必要性以及存在的问题等三个方面进行分析;接着对我国外贸企业应用B2C跨境电商影响因素进行实证分析,从国际网络营销、国际电子支付、电子通关和国际物流等四个环节进行主成分因子的分析,并找出B2C跨境电商各个环节发展的主要影响因素;最后综合本文的理论和实证研究提出我国外贸企业应用B2C跨境电商发展的相关建议。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the global economic downturn and the intensification of international competition, it becomes more and more difficult for our foreign trade enterprises to divide the share of the international market. The foreign trade enterprises of our country urgently need to change the foreign trade mode to reverse the difficulties of the enterprises. As a new trade model, cross-border e-commerce has brought good news to our foreign trade enterprises. Cross-border e-commerce not only shortens the flow of foreign trade transactions and improves trade efficiency, but also reduces the transaction costs of foreign trade enterprises, creates more trading opportunities, and makes our foreign trade enterprises participate in international competition more actively. It is an inevitable choice for our foreign trade enterprises to use cross-border platform to carry out foreign trade in the future, which has become an important driving force for the growth of China's foreign economic and trade. However, the level of application of foreign trade enterprises, which factors have a greater impact on their application level, and what measures to promote the development of cross-border e-commerce, all of which need to be explored and studied. In this paper, the foreign trade enterprises to apply B-2 C export cross-border e-commerce as the research object. First from the research background and significance of the two aspects of the elaboration, and cross-border e-commerce related research at home and abroad are sorted out and classified in detail; then cross-border e-commerce related concepts and theories are summarized. It also analyzes the current situation, necessity and existing problems of B2C cross-border e-commerce in foreign trade enterprises of our country, and then makes an empirical analysis on the influencing factors of B2C cross-border e-commerce used by foreign trade enterprises in China, and analyzes the influence factors of B2C cross-border e-commerce from the international network marketing. International electronic payment, electronic customs clearance and international logistics are the four links of the principal component factor analysis, and find out the B2C cross-border e-commerce development of the main factors; Finally, based on the theoretical and empirical research of this paper, some suggestions on the development of B2C cross-border e-commerce for foreign trade enterprises in China are put forward.
