电商配送中心订单分批及拣选路径优化研究

【摘要】:随着社会经济和科学技术的飞速发展,电子商务经历了不断地创新与成长,百姓的消费需求变得多种多样,消费习惯也在潜移默化中发生改变。由曾经的少品种大量消费模式渐渐地向少量多品种的消费模式转变,由过去的在实体店进行消费的模式逐渐地向“线下体验+线上购买”的体验消费模式方向发展,在线消费日渐成为广大消费者的首要选择。为了应对市场需求的改变,电商经营者必须调整公司运营以适应该消费模式下产生的混合订单、更短的响应周期、更高的生产能力、更可靠快速的物流配送服务等特点。在此形势下,电商经营者逐渐开始建设自己的配送中心。电商配送中心的拣选作业通常是劳动力最密集(人工拣选作业系统)或资金最密集(自动拣选作业系统)的作业,也就是所有作业中成本最高的作业。若想降低电商配送中心的整体运营成本,提高运营效率,从拣选作业入手改进,能够得到事半功倍的效果。针对拣选作业优化问题,本文结合国内的相关理论研究与生产实践,并对国外的研究状况进行了梳理,参考其它学科的方法和理念,系统地进行了研究。本文将从拣选作业的全过程中,挑选出核心环节——订单分批问题与拣选路径优化问题,采取定性与定量结合,定量研究为主,通过构建数学模型、系统聚类算法分析、算法优化、算例分析以及实证分析来展开研究。主要研究内容如下:(1)订单分批问题建模及优化方法研究。以所有批次总相似程度最大为目标建立了数学模型,对该问题进行系统聚类算法分析,然后对订单进行合理地分批。(2)拣选路径问题建模及优化方法研究。在订单分批问题研究基础上,以总拣选路径最小为目标建立数学模型,系统考察配送中心拣选路径的各种启发式策略,设计了混合粒子群算法与启发式策略相结合的优化方法,然后求出优化路径。(3)通过对K医药企业物流中心实际工程问题的研究,验证本文方法在处理工程实际问题中的有效性。结果显示,本文的相关研究为电商配送中心的拣选作业优化提出了一种新的思路和方法,较传统拣选作业方法有明显改善,为电商配送中心建设提供一定理论指导,不失为一种有益的尝试,具有一定的工程意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy and science and technology, e-commerce has experienced continuous innovation and growth, the consumer demand of the people has become diverse, consumption habits are also changing in the subtle change. From the consumption pattern of a large number of once few varieties to the consumption pattern of a few and more varieties, and from the past consumption pattern in the physical store to the experience consumption mode of "offline experience online purchase", it has gradually changed to the direction of experience consumption mode of "offline experience online purchase". Online consumption is becoming the primary choice for consumers. In order to cope with the change of market demand, e-commerce operators must adjust their operations to meet the characteristics of mixed orders, shorter response periods, higher production capacity and more reliable and rapid logistics and distribution services. In this situation, e-commerce operators gradually began to build their own distribution center. The picking operation of e-commerce distribution center is usually the most labor-intensive (manual picking operation system) or the most capital intensive (automatic sorting operation system), that is, the most cost of all operations. If we want to reduce the overall operating cost of e-commerce distribution center, improve the operation efficiency, start from the sorting operation, we can get twice the result with half the effort. Aiming at the optimization problem of picking operation, this paper combines the domestic relevant theory research and production practice, and combs the research status abroad, referring to the methods and concepts of other disciplines, systematically studies. From the whole process of picking, this paper will select the key link, order batch problem and picking path optimization problem, adopt the combination of qualitative and quantitative, quantitative research, through the construction of mathematical model, systematic clustering algorithm analysis. Algorithm optimization, case analysis and empirical analysis to carry out the research. The main research contents are as follows: 1) Modeling and optimization method of order batch problem. Aiming at the maximum similarity of all batches, the mathematical model is established, and the systematic clustering algorithm is used to analyze the problem. Then, the modeling and optimization method of the order picking path problem is studied. Based on the research of order batch problem, a mathematical model is established with the goal of minimum total picking path, and various heuristic strategies of picking path in distribution center are systematically investigated, and a hybrid particle swarm optimization method combining with heuristic strategy is designed. Then find out the optimization path. 3) through the study of the actual engineering problem of the logistics center of K pharmaceutical enterprise, verify the effectiveness of this method in dealing with the practical engineering problems. The results show that the related research in this paper provides a new way of thinking and method for the optimization of the sorting operation of the e-commerce distribution center, which is obviously improved compared with the traditional sorting operation method, and provides some theoretical guidance for the construction of the e-commerce distribution center. It is a beneficial attempt and has certain engineering significance.
