基于CIPP改进模型的外贸企业电子商务人才培训体系研究

【摘要】:随着外贸企业信息化进程的加快,电子商务已成为外贸企业经营的重要选择。据统计目前我国的外贸网商已超过360万家,仅2010年的在线外贸出口额就近100亿美元。但由于人才的缺乏和培养的滞后,电子商务人才已成为制约我国外贸企业电子商务发展的最根本问题。优秀的电子商务人才有助于外贸企业整合营销,帮助外贸企业扭转局势,提升竞争力,进行营销风险和效果自控、提高投资回报率自控,从而通过新渠道实现利益最大化和电子商务化。那么外贸企业未来需要什么样的电子商务人才,如何培养,怎样保障人才,使企业在竞争中立于不败之地,是眼下外贸企业急需关注和解决的问题。 本文在企业人才培训理论基础上,从外贸企业电子商务人才入手,以实地考察与问卷调查为方法,以SPSS为分析工具,有效分析了外贸企业电子商务人才培训效果的影响因素,包括组织因素、个人因素和培训系统三方面,进而对于CIPP模型进行改进。然后提出基于CIPP改进模型的外贸企业电子商务人才培训体系框架并应用。最后提出应用CIPP改进模型的外贸企业电子商务人才培训体系的保障措施建议,包括战略引导、组织支持、制度保证和风险防范等方面,为培养更专业、综合能力更强的外贸企业电子商务人才提供参考借鉴,以支撑外贸企业电子商务的发展,推动传统外贸企业的结构优化升级,促进经济的发展。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of foreign trade enterprise informatization process, e-commerce has become an important choice for foreign trade enterprises. According to statistics, China's foreign trade network has more than 3.6 million, only in 2010, the online export volume of nearly 10 billion US dollars. However, due to the lack of talents and the lagging of training, e-commerce talents have become the most fundamental problem that restricts the development of e-commerce in foreign trade enterprises of our country. Excellent e-commerce talents help foreign trade enterprises integrate marketing, help foreign trade enterprises to reverse the situation, enhance their competitiveness, carry out self-control of marketing risks and effects, and increase the rate of return on investment. Thus through the new channels to maximize benefits and e-commerce. So foreign trade enterprises need what kind of e-commerce talents in the future, how to train, how to protect talent, so that enterprises in an invincible position in the competition, is the current foreign trade enterprises urgently need to pay attention to and solve the problem. Based on the theory of enterprise talent training, starting with foreign trade enterprise e-commerce talents, taking field investigation and questionnaire investigation as the method, using SPSS as the analysis tool, this paper effectively analyzes the influencing factors of the foreign trade enterprise e-commerce talent training effect. Including organizational factors, personal factors and training system, and then to improve the CIPP model. Then the framework and application of foreign trade enterprise e-commerce personnel training system based on CIPP improved model are put forward. Finally, the paper puts forward some measures to guarantee the training system of e-commerce talents in foreign trade enterprises using CIPP improved model, including strategic guidance, organizational support, system guarantee and risk prevention, etc., in order to cultivate more professional, and so on. In order to support the development of foreign trade enterprises, promote the optimization and upgrading of the structure of traditional foreign trade enterprises, and promote the development of economy, the foreign trade enterprises with stronger comprehensive ability can provide reference for the electronic commerce talents of foreign trade enterprises.
