传统零售业发展电子商务风险因素研究

【摘要】:近几年,传统零售业的发展受到电子商务的冲击非常大,全国零售总额的增幅明显放缓。在互联网快速发展的今天,传统零售业转型升级是必然的趋势。从2010年开始,许多传统零售企业开始加入了“触电”大军,纷纷寻求电商之道。然而,到目前为止,成功转型的传统零售企业几乎没有。究其失败的原因,绝大多数都是因为没有结合行业特性来分析开展电商会面临的困难以及如何去应对这些困难。 本文分析传统零售业发展电子商务的风险因素,帮助企业识别在电商发展道路中的阻碍,以便企业更好的进行风险管理。全文主要研究三个问题:(1)传统零售业发展电子商务的风险因素是什么?(2)风险因素模型的评价结果是什么?(3)风险因素的内部结构关系是怎样的? 对于这三个问题的研究,本文采用定性与定量相结合的研究方法。 首先,采用文献研究法和访谈修正法相结合的定性研究方法识别传统零售业发展电子商务的风险因素,从平台商务风险,管理基础风险和信息技术风险三个维度识别出了16项风险因素,并根据16项风险因素的内容与专家的意见设计了27个问卷题项。 其次,建立一个包含一,二,三级风险指标的风险因素评价模型,运用因子分析法对三级风险指标进行评价,评价结果是将16项二级风险指标聚合为8项风险因素,这8项风险因素按权重大小排序为:市场透明化风险,组织战略风险,IT设施建置风险,营销服务风险,物流配送风险,人力资源风险,线上线下配合风险,运营数据风险。 然后,运用解释结构模型法得出传统零售业发展电子商务风险因素解释结构模型,该模型显示人力资源风险和市场透明化风险是根源风险因素。 最后,采用多案例的研究方法,研究“触电”相对失败的G公司和“触电”相对成功的L公司,从而验证前述研究结果的有效性,同时表明该研究课题的多样性和复杂性。 总之,本文对传统零售业风险因素的研究遵循整体性和系统性的原则,,对风险因素进行了识别,评价,分析和验证,能在一定程度上为想要开展或已经开展电子商务的传统零售企业提供指导。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of traditional retailing has been greatly impacted by electronic commerce. In the rapid development of the Internet today, the transformation and upgrading of the traditional retail industry is an inevitable trend. Since 2010, many traditional retail companies have joined the "shock" army, looking for e-commerce. However, so far, the successful transformation of traditional retail enterprises almost no. Most of the reasons for its failure are due to the lack of combination of industry characteristics to analyze the difficulties faced by e-commerce and how to deal with these difficulties. This paper analyzes the risk factors of the development of e-commerce in the traditional retail industry, and helps enterprises identify the obstacles in the development of e-commerce, so that enterprises can better carry out risk management. This paper mainly studies three questions: (1) what are the risk factors in the development of e-commerce in traditional retail industry? (2) what are the evaluation results of the risk factor model? (3) what is the internal structural relationship of the risk factor? For the study of these three problems, this paper adopts qualitative and quantitative research methods. First of all, the qualitative research method combined with literature research and interview correction method is used to identify the risk factors of traditional retail business development, from the platform business risk. 16 risk factors were identified from the three dimensions of basic risk management and information technology risk, and 27 questionnaire items were designed according to the contents of 16 risk factors and the opinions of experts. Secondly, a risk factor evaluation model including one, two and three risk indicators is established. The evaluation results show that 16 secondary risk indicators are aggregated into 8 risk factors by factor analysis. The eight risk factors are listed as follows: market transparency risk, organization strategy risk, IT facility construction risk, marketing service risk, logistics distribution risk, human resource risk, online and offline matching risk, operation data risk. Then, using the method of interpretive structure model, the author draws the explanation structure model of the risk factors of traditional retail business development. The model shows that human resource risk and market transparency risk are the root risk factors. Finally, the multi-case study method is used to study G company with "electric shock" and L company with relatively successful "electric shock", which verifies the validity of the above research results, and also shows the diversity and complexity of the research subject. In a word, the research of risk factors in traditional retail industry follows the principle of integrity and systematization, and identifies, evaluates, analyzes and verifies the risk factors. To some extent, it can provide guidance to traditional retail enterprises who want to develop e-commerce or have already developed e-commerce.
