汽车租赁管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着互联网技术的飞速发展,信息技术也得到快速的发展,与此同时汽车租赁行业的信息化也越来越急迫。目前,我国的汽车租赁行业还处于初级阶段,其服务水平无法满足高速发展的租赁市场需求,传统的经营管理方式的滞后,已经阻碍了汽车租赁行业的发展。目前大多数租赁企业通过手工操作对租赁活动进行管理,没有统一的信息管理的数据库,从而使得管理混乱,工作效率低,无法满足实际需求。基于上述问题,论文研究并开发了一种汽车租赁管理系统,基于Internet技术采用B/S(Browse Server)架构,并根据汽车租赁的业务流程而设计开发的电子商务平台,能够实现对汽车租赁活动的统一管理。论文的主要内容如下:一、通过调研租赁企业的汽车管理工作的需求,分析并规划本系统的业务逻辑功能模块。然后将数据库设计为包括用户信息、费用信息、订单信息、客户信息、车辆信息等的数据库结构。二、在相应的系统业务逻辑功能模块及数据库设计基础上,采用JSP实现了车辆租赁管理、车辆信息管理、客户信息管理、员工信息管理、财务管理、数据分析统计等功能模块。本系统利用JSP、Bean、My SQL数据库三层模式实现了汽车租赁管理系统,每层独立设计与实现其功能,提高了系统的易维护性和安全性。JSP主要负责系统的页面显示,Bean主要负责业务逻辑功能的实现,My SQL完成系统运营数据的存储和处理。三、对开发完成的汽车租赁管理系统进行测试,以系统的各个功能模块为测试单元,包括功能模块的用户界面及算法,对各个功能模块设计测试用例进行详细测试,测试结果表明系统的各个功能模块均达到了预期结果,具备相当的稳定性。本文实现的汽车租赁管理系统为汽车租赁企业开辟了网络交易渠道,使企业的日常管理工作更加规范高效,同时节省了企业的管理成本和人力成本,使得日常业务管理更加智能化。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Internet technology, information technology is also developing rapidly. At the same time, the information technology of car rental industry is more and more urgent. At present, the automobile leasing industry in our country is still in the initial stage, its service level can not meet the demand of the rapid development of the leasing market. The lag of the traditional operation and management has hindered the development of the automobile leasing industry. At present, most leasing enterprises manage leasing activities by manual operation, and there is no uniform database of information management, which makes the management confused, the work efficiency low, and can not meet the actual needs. Based on the above-mentioned problems, this paper studies and develops a kind of automobile leasing management system. Based on the Internet technology, the BES (Browse Server) architecture is adopted, and the e-commerce platform is designed and developed according to the business process of automobile leasing. Be able to achieve a unified management of car rental activities. The main contents of this paper are as follows: first, by investigating the requirements of automobile management in leasing enterprises, the business logic function modules of the system are analyzed and planned. Then the database is designed to include user information, cost information, order information, customer information, vehicle information and so on. Secondly, on the basis of the corresponding business logic module and database design, the vehicle rental management, vehicle information management, customer information management, employee information management, financial management, data analysis and statistics are realized by using JSP. This system uses the three-tier mode of JSP,Bean,My SQL database to realize the automobile rental management system, each layer independently designs and realizes its functions, and improves the system's maintainability and security. JSPs are mainly responsible for the page display of the system. Bean is mainly responsible for the implementation of business logic, My SQL to complete the storage and processing of system operational data. Thirdly, we test the developed car rental management system, take each function module as the test unit, including the user interface and algorithm of the function module, and test the design test case of each function module in detail. The test results show that each functional module of the system has achieved the expected results and has considerable stability. The auto leasing management system realized in this paper has opened up the network trading channel for the automobile leasing enterprise, makes the daily management work of the enterprise more standardized and efficient, and at the same time saves the management cost and manpower cost of the enterprise. Make day-to-day business management more intelligent.
