项目管理在制造企业开展B2C电子商务的应用研究

【摘要】:2008年出现的世界金融危机给中国制造业带来了很大的灾难,使很多的企业处于濒临破产的边缘。中国制造业的最大优势在于人工成本的低廉,,但是金融危机导致的需求减少并有没给中国企业带来多少竞争优势。很多的企业在想方设法压缩成本的同时,也对传统的产品营销模式进行了思考,并将近几年刚兴起的B2C电子商务应用到实际的企业管理营销过程中,使企业的发展出现了一片新的天地。 将项目管理相关理论移植到企业电子商务运作项目中,这不但提高了企业信息化建设的步伐,而且更能有针对性地开展项目工作,发挥项目管理对资源的高度配置功能。特别是对于一个新成立的企业来说,有限资源导致的资源分配不均衡更容易制约公司的发展和项目的进展。当前中国民营企业普遍存在融资困难的局面,通过项目化管理来提高资金的利用效率,对于提高企业资源的合理配置程度具有非常积极的作用。因此,在民营企业中大力推广项目管理理论在实际工作的具体应用有助于民营企业提高管理水平,促进公司产品的品牌化建设,加快公司的市场化战略步伐。 广州市天逸贸易有限公司作为一家刚成立的服装贸易企业,在2008年的世界金融危机中遭遇到了重重困难,公司高层领导有感于金融危机给制造业所带的巨大影响,毅然决定开展B2C电子商务运营模式来打开公司产品在网络市场上的销路。通过公司全体工作人员半年多的努力,公司产品的整个销售过程实现了信息化管理,B2C电子商务平台的使用更是帮助公司逐步走出困境,运行成本的大幅降低,使得公司产品在网购市场和实体店的销售额都出现了明显增长。通过广州市天逸贸易有限公司开展B2C电子商务项目化运作的案例,使我们意识到B2C电子商务在企业管理营销方面是传统运营模式的有力补充和互助。通过项目管理与B2C电子商务相结合,真正帮助企业实现跨越式发展,增强了企业的抗风险能力,为企业的飞速发展提供了新的动力。
[Abstract]:The world financial crisis in 2008 brought great disaster to China's manufacturing industry and put many enterprises on the verge of bankruptcy. The biggest advantage of China's manufacturing industry lies in its low labor costs, but the decline in demand caused by the financial crisis has not brought much competitive advantage to Chinese companies. Many enterprises not only try their best to reduce the cost, but also think about the traditional product marketing mode, and apply the B2C e-commerce to the actual enterprise management and marketing process in recent years. So that the development of enterprises appeared a new world. The project management theory is transplanted into the enterprise e-commerce operation project, which not only improves the step of the enterprise information construction, but also can carry out the project work more pertinently and give full play to the high allocation function of the project management to the resources. Especially for a new enterprise, the imbalance of resource allocation caused by limited resources is more likely to restrict the development of the company and the progress of the project. At present, there are difficulties in financing in private enterprises in China. It is very positive to improve the efficiency of capital utilization through project-based management, which plays a very positive role in improving the rational allocation of enterprise resources. Therefore, popularizing the specific application of project management theory in private enterprises is helpful to improve the management level of private enterprises, promote the brand construction of company products, and accelerate the marketing strategy of the company. Guangzhou Tianyi Trading Co., Ltd., as a newly established clothing trading enterprise, encountered many difficulties in the 2008 world financial crisis, and the senior leaders of the company felt the tremendous impact of the financial crisis on the manufacturing industry. Resolutely decided to develop B2C e-commerce operation model to open up the company's products in the network market. Through more than half a year's efforts of all the staff of the company, the whole sales process of the company's products has realized information management. The use of B2C e-commerce platform has also helped the company to step out of the predicament and greatly reduce the operating cost. So that the company's products in the online shopping market and physical stores have seen a significant increase in sales. Through the case of B2C e-commerce project operation carried out by Guangzhou Tianyi Trading Co., Ltd, we realize that B2C e-commerce is a powerful supplement and mutual aid to the traditional operation mode in the aspect of enterprise management and marketing. Through the combination of project management and B2C e-commerce, it really helps enterprises to achieve leap-forward development, enhances the enterprise's ability to resist risks, and provides a new impetus for the rapid development of enterprises.
