双渠道供应链库存协调机制研究

【摘要】:伴随着电子商务和互联网技术的飞速发展,网络分销日益受到了重视,网上直销已经成为有别于传统间接分销渠道的另一类特殊的分销渠道。越来越多的企业开始改变传统间接分销渠道模式,而转向网上直销渠道模式,或者是采取传统零售和网络直销两个渠道并存的销售模式。电子商务技术的广泛应用和迅猛发展,也带动了双渠道这种新的供应链模式。然而,双渠道运作非常复杂,制造商和零售商之间既有渠道冲突,又有渠道合作与互补。因此,如何协调双渠道供应链冲突,已成为近年来供应链管理领域一个重要的研究内容。本文立足于这一现象,深入探究了分散型和集中型的两种双渠道供应链模式下,库存协调机制的应用效果。首先总结了双渠道供应链库存管理的研究现状与发展趋势,在梳理相关文献和总结前人工作的基础上,提炼出了双渠道供应链库存管理模式的分类和特点。然后,运用系统动力学原理,借助Vensim软件平台,分别建立了分散型和集中型的两个双渠道供应链库存模型。为了缓解双渠道供应链的冲突及库存过高的现象,本文创新性地引入了一种转运库存协调机制和一种联合库存协调机制,并在分散型和集中型两种库存模式下,分别应用这两种机制。然后通过库存水平、缺货水平和利润水平三项指标,分析出这两种库存协调机制的运作机理和经营效果。结果表明,转运库存协调机制更适合分散模式,可以有效地解决分散模式下库存分配不均的问题,从而减轻零售商积压风险和制造商缺货风险;而联合库存协调机制则更适合集中模式,可以有效地解决库存集中所带来的需求放大过甚的问题,实现信息共享,风险共担,从而增加供应链中零售商、制造商和供应链总体利润,达到共赢。本文创新性地从协调机制的角度,来探讨双渠道供应链的库存优化问题,提出并且验证了两种切实可行的协调机制,为各类双渠道供应链库存控制模式都找到了合适的协调机制,丰富了双渠道供应链的理论框架。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of E-commerce and Internet technology, network distribution has been paid more and more attention. Direct online distribution has become another kind of special distribution channel, which is different from the traditional indirect distribution channel. More and more enterprises begin to change the traditional indirect distribution channel mode, and turn to the online direct sales channel mode, or adopt the traditional retail and network direct sales channel co-exist sales mode. With the wide application and rapid development of e-commerce technology, dual-channel supply chain model has also been promoted. However, dual-channel operation is very complex. There are channel conflicts, cooperation and complementarity between manufacturers and retailers. Therefore, how to coordinate the conflict of dual-channel supply chain has become an important research content in the field of supply chain management in recent years. Based on this phenomenon, this paper probes into the application effect of inventory coordination mechanism in two kinds of dual-channel supply chain modes, namely, decentralized supply chain mode and centralized two-channel supply chain model. Firstly, the research status and development trend of dual-channel supply chain inventory management are summarized. On the basis of combing the relevant literature and summarizing previous work, the classification and characteristics of dual-channel supply chain inventory management mode are extracted. Then, based on the principle of system dynamics and Vensim software platform, two-channel supply chain inventory models, which are distributed and centralized, are established. In order to alleviate the conflict of dual-channel supply chain and the phenomenon of excessive inventory, this paper innovatively introduces a transfer inventory coordination mechanism and a joint inventory coordination mechanism, and under the decentralized and centralized inventory models, this paper introduces the transfer inventory coordination mechanism and the joint inventory coordination mechanism. These two mechanisms are applied separately. Then through the inventory level, the stock shortage level and the profit level three indexes, analyzes the two kinds of inventory coordination mechanism operation mechanism and the management effect. The results show that the transfer inventory coordination mechanism is more suitable for the decentralized model, and can effectively solve the problem of uneven distribution of inventory under the decentralized mode, thus reducing the risk of retailer backlog and the risk of manufacturer shortage. And the joint inventory coordination mechanism is more suitable for the centralized model, which can effectively solve the problem of excessive magnification of the demand brought by the inventory concentration, realize information sharing and risk sharing, and thus increase the number of retailers in the supply chain. Manufacturer and supply chain overall profit, achieve win-win. This paper discusses inventory optimization of dual-channel supply chain from the angle of coordination mechanism creatively, and puts forward and validates two feasible coordination mechanisms. A suitable coordination mechanism is found for all kinds of dual-channel supply chain inventory control modes, which enriches the theoretical framework of dual-channel supply chain.
