烟台果蔬开发项目财务可行性研究

【摘要】：苹果是世界水果供应的重要组成部分,也是我国水果产出和出口的重要品种。当前世界苹果总产量约为3200万吨,中国为世界第一苹果产出国,产量约占世界总产量的46%左右。烟台栖霞地区为我国苹果的主要和重要产区,在品种的优选、先进种植技术的引进、安全质量的把控、全产业链的覆盖,以及产业信息化的普及等诸多方面,均处于全国领先地位。烟台清田果蔬有限公司,为烟台栖霞地区苹果生产行业的龙头企业。为了充分利用既有地域和产业优势,不断提升和完善在苹果产业链中的核心竞争力,顺应“互联网+”时代不断涌现的新型电子商务、交易平台和渠道,为消费者提供了更加透明化和多样化的购买和物流渠道,清田果蔬有限公司,计划融资扩建现有规模,打造一个集采购、加工、仓储、物流信息处理为一体的“苹果产业发展中心”,从而不断完善自身的行业竞争力和提高经济效益。本文拟主要从财务方面,对清田果蔬有限公司的融资扩建项目进行深入的可行性分析,并在最后针对该项目的市场定位、选址和运营方案、经济效益方面,做出结论性和指导性的建议。需要指出的是,虽然本文的分析与建议是针对某一具体个案展开,但文中所使用的分析体系和分析方法,对正在升级和转型中的众多中国企业,尤其是生产型的企业,都具有借鉴意义。

They are in the leading position in the country. Yantai Qingtian Fruit and vegetable Co., Ltd. is the leading enterprise of apple production industry in Qixia area of Yantai. In order to make full use of existing geographical and industrial advantages, constantly improve and improve the core competitiveness in Apple's industrial chain, comply with the "Internet" era of the emergence of a new type of e-commerce, trading platforms and channels, To provide consumers with more transparent and diversified purchasing and logistics channels, Qingtian Fruit and vegetable Co., Ltd. plans to finance the expansion of the existing scale to create a collection of procurement, processing and warehousing. Logistics information processing as one of the "Apple Industrial Development Center", so as to improve their own industry competitiveness and improve economic efficiency. This article mainly from the financial aspect, carries on the in-depth feasibility analysis to the Qingtian fruit and vegetable limited company financing expansion project, and in the end aimed at this project market position, the site selection and the operation plan, the economic benefit aspect, Make conclusive and instructive recommendations. What needs to be pointed out is that although the analysis and recommendations in this paper are aimed at a specific case, the analytical system and analytical methods used in the paper are aimed at many Chinese enterprises, especially those in the production type, which are upgrading and transforming.
