基于本体的多Agent电子商务供应链协商机制研究
[Abstract]:With the emergence and wide application of e-commerce, supply chain management has brought new opportunities, but also brought new challenges. The dynamic instability of e-commerce environment and the rapid complexity of electronic information bring some new problems and new requirements to the main enterprises and individual users in the supply chain, thus promoting the application of intelligent Agent in its management. Multi-Agent negotiation is the key link of e-commerce supply chain multi-Agent system to resolve conflicts and realize effective cooperation. However, in the process of realizing the smooth negotiation of multi-Agent, the heterogeneity of each Agent negotiation knowledge is a fundamental and important issue. Knowledge sharing and reasoning among negotiation Agent can be well realized by using ontology technology. In this paper, a multi-Agent e-commerce supply chain negotiation model based on ontology is proposed, and its negotiation mechanism is studied. The main innovations of this paper are as follows: (1) to establish the multi-Agent negotiation structure of e-commerce supply chain, which is a many-to-many structure based on the market mechanism, which is based on the buyer's Agent (Buyer Agent),. Seller Agent (SellerAgent) and its parties negotiate Agent (Coordinator Agent) composition. (2) an ontology-based multi-Agent e-commerce supply chain negotiation model is proposed, which is based on ontology knowledge and multi-Agent negotiation. It is composed of connection access layer, Agent platform layer, negotiation layer and ontology layer. In this paper, negotiation ontology is divided into shared ontology and private ontology, which not only ensures the interaction between Agent, but also improves the ability of negotiation and decision-making of Agent. (3) Analysis and explanation of negotiation mechanism-knowledge base for communication and evaluation based on shared ontology and private ontology, negotiation protocol as negotiation objective, and computer, learning machine and reasoning machine as intelligent assistance, The buyer and seller Agent carry on the proposal-counter-proposal negotiation.
