永春香道产业的电子商务发展策略研究

【摘要】:随着internet的快速发展,中国互联网使用人群数量每年都在迅速增长,电子商务在中国发展迅猛,再加上第三方支付平台及其支付安全性的完善,网上交易取得了快速的发展,电子商务成为当今社会的一种时尚潮流。永春香产业是永春典型的传统产业之一,目前已经成为永春县外贸出口的主要产品,但永春大多数香道企业属于典型的传统企业,经营模式效率低下,观念落后,设备陈旧,很难做大做强,因此香道产业亟待转型。运用电子商务进行产业升级,有利于迅速把香道产业推广到全世界的范围,也有利于降低香道企业的运营成本,提升利润空间。本文主要研究的就是永春香道产业的电子商务发展策略,通过对电子商务相关理论的概述和永春香道产业及永春香道电子商务的发展现状的分析,找出永春香道产业成长过程中存在的问题,提出一些建议。主要运用了文献研究、统计分析法、实地考察法、案例研究法几种研究方法。首先,对通过文献,对传统产业电子商务发展模式,区域电子商务产业发展模式,永春香道产业发展进行研究。然后,通过政府的官方数据以及行业的相关数据,分析目前永春传统行业的发展现状,香道产业的发展现状以及电子商务的发展现状,从中找到永春香道产业运用电子商务进行转型升级的可能性。通过到几个企业的实地考察,看看这些企业目前的经营过程中有哪些优势,又有遇到哪些问题,他们是如何应对,从中获得解决问题的思路,最后,从理论到实际,分析永春香道产业电子商务发展策略,能够为行业创造更多的发展空间。在本论文中,主要利用了发展战略中的SWOT分析方法,对永春香道产业电子商务的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁进行分析,找出适合永春香道产业发展的策略。永春香道产业的电子商务发展策略研究具有重要的现实意义,具有一定的借鉴意义,也为永春香道品牌的建设的进一步提升提供参考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of internet, the number of Internet users in China is growing rapidly every year. With the rapid development of e-commerce in China, coupled with the improvement of third-party payment platform and its payment security, online transactions have made rapid development. E-commerce has become a fashion trend in today's society. Yongchun incense industry is one of Yongchun's typical traditional industries, which has become the main product of Yongchun County's foreign trade export at present, but most Yongchun Xiangdao enterprises belong to typical traditional enterprises, the management mode is inefficient, the concept is backward, the equipment is old, so it is difficult to expand and strengthen, so Xiangdao industry needs to be transformed urgently. The use of electronic commerce for industrial upgrading is conducive to the rapid promotion of Xiangdao industry to the whole world, but also to reduce the operating costs of Xiangdao enterprises and enhance the profit space. This paper mainly studies the e-commerce development strategy of Yongchun Xiangdao industry. Through the overview of the related theories of electronic commerce and the analysis of the development status of Yongchun Xiangdao industry and Yongchun Xiangdao e-commerce, this paper finds out the problems existing in the process of Yongchun Xiangdao industry growth, and puts forward some suggestions. It mainly uses several research methods: literature research, statistical analysis, field investigation and case study. First of all, through the literature, the traditional industrial e-commerce development model, regional e-commerce industry development model, Yongchun Xiangdao industry development are studied. Then, through the official data of the government and the relevant data of the industry, this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of Yongchun traditional industry, the development status of Xiangdao industry and the development status of electronic commerce, and finds out the possibility of using electronic commerce to transform and upgrade the Yongchun Xiangdao industry. Through the field investigation to several enterprises, we can see what the advantages and problems these enterprises have in the current business process, how they deal with them, and how to get the train of thought to solve the problems. Finally, from theory to practice, the analysis of Yongchun Xiangdao industry e-commerce development strategy can create more development space for the industry. In this paper, we mainly use the SWOT analysis method in the development strategy to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of e-commerce in Yongchun Xiangdao industry, and find out the strategies suitable for the development of Yongchun Xiangdao industry. The research on e-commerce development strategy of Yongchun Xiangdao industry has important practical significance and certain reference significance, and also provides a reference for the further promotion of Yongchun Xiangdao brand construction.
