基于用户体验的纺织行业电子商务APP设计与实现
[Abstract]:With the development of e-commerce in our country, the growth point in the field of e-commerce has been transferred from the former B2C and C2C to the B2B field, and the e-commerce of each traditional industry is accelerating, and a large number of vertical-class B2B e-commerce products are running on line. As a traditional textile industry in our country, the textile industry also accelerates the e-business transformation of the industry by means of this wave of B2B development. The e-commerce app, which is specially designed to serve in the textile industry, has also appeared in nearly two or three years. While enjoying the convenience of e-commerce, the user has made a higher request for the user experience of these apps. Through the research in the field of domestic user experience design, there are mainly the following problems: (1) The lack of research on the application of the electronic commerce in the B2B industry. (2) The standard user experience design process has limited applicability to the textile industry. (3) Lack of evaluation of the user experience design for the E-commerce APP. In order to solve these problems, the following research work is carried out: (1) research and analyze the relevant theories of e-commerce and user experience. And (2) the user experience model of the electronic commerce APP in the textile industry is constructed. (3) The design and practice of E-commerce APP in the textile industry based on the user experience, that is, the search for APP 2.0, has been put into use. (4) The design and evaluation of the electronic commerce APP in the textile industry have been completed. Based on the user experience design theory and the specific situation of the B2B e-commerce in the textile industry, taking the search bud APP as an example, the user experience model of the e-commerce APP in the textile industry is verified by the design practice, and the product problem can be effectively analyzed and the improvement basis is provided. This paper makes a meaningful attempt for the research of the user experience design in the field of B2B e-commerce, enriches the direction of the research on the classification of the electronic commerce, and provides a reference for the research of the user experience design in the relevant fields.
