【摘要】:随着雾霾范围持续扩大,各地PM2.5值连续爆表,环境不断恶化,家电制造业作为国民经济的支柱产业,不仅具有繁荣市场的作用,同样担负着加快生态文明的建设的重要使命。2015年5月8日颁布的《中国制造2025》中更是提到要加强应用节能环保工艺,对绿色制造进行全面推行,提高其创新能力。由此可见,绿色工艺创新是中国家电制造企业发展的必然趋势。H家电公司要想实施绿色工艺创新,就需要采取不同的创新模式、方式和方法,绿色工艺创新路径也正是这种模式、方式和方法的体现。绿色工艺创新路径的正确选择可以提高H家电公司的绿色工艺创新能力,也可以为其他家电公司绿色工艺创新路径方针的制定提供一定帮助。本文首先结合家电制造业现状,回顾了H公司及H公司绿色工艺创新的发展现状、分析其存在问题,对H公司绿色工艺创新生态位态势及路径内涵进行了阐述,明晰了绿色工艺创新生态位态势和创新路径选择之间的关联性。本文根据H公司绿色工艺创新生态位的评价目标和指标构建原则,构建了由8个准则层及20个指标层指标的H公司绿色工艺创新生态位态势评价指标体系,在此基础上对H公司绿色工艺创新生态位态势评价。通过熵权系数法和模糊综合评价法确定绿色工艺创新生态位的态值和势值。提出H公司绿色工艺创新的三个基本备选路径,即自主的绿色工艺渐进创新路径、自主的绿色集成创新路径、自主的绿色工艺率先创新路径,构建了创新路径选择矩阵模型,并最终确定了H公司绿色工艺创新应该选择的路径。本文最终研究发现:H公司绿色工艺创新路径应该选择率先创新为主、集成创新为辅的创新路径,并提出H公司绿色工艺创新路径实施的保障措施。
[Abstract]:As the haze continues to expand, the PM2.5 value continues to explode, and the environment is deteriorating. As the pillar industry of the national economy, the manufacturing of household electrical appliances not only has the role of prospering the market, but also undertakes the important mission of accelerating the construction of ecological civilization. In May 8, 2015, "made in China 2025", it is also mentioned that we should strengthen the application of energy saving and environmental protection technology, implement green manufacturing in an all-round way and improve its innovation ability. Therefore, green technology innovation is the inevitable trend of the development of Chinese household appliance manufacturing enterprises. If H appliance companies want to implement green process innovation, they need to adopt different innovation modes, ways and methods. The green process innovation path is also the embodiment of this mode, way and method. The correct selection of green process innovation path can improve the green process innovation ability of H appliance company, and also help other furniture companies to create green path policy. This paper combined the present situation of home appliance manufacturing industry, review the current situation of the development of green technology innovation, H company and H company to analyze the problems and trend of green technology innovation of H company and the path of ecological connotation, clear the relationship between the ecological situation of green technology innovation and innovation path selection. According to the green technology innovation company H ecological evaluation target and index construction principle, evaluation index system is constructed by the trend of green technology innovation ecological 8 criteria layer and 20 index layers indicators of H company, on the basis of the situation of green technology innovation ecological evaluation of H company. The entropy weight coefficient method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to determine the state values and potential values of the green technology innovation niche. This paper puts forward three basic alternative path of green technology innovation in H company, which is independent of green technology, green path independent incremental innovation integrated innovation path, independent innovation path to green technology, constructs the choosing model innovation path, and ultimately determine the path of the H company should choose the green technology innovation. Finally, we find that H company's green process innovation path should take the lead of innovation and integrated innovation as the supplementary path, and put forward the safeguard measures of H green process innovation path.
