【摘要】：论文以矿山企业安全管理配套制度建设支撑体系(SMSC)为基础,对矿山安全文化建设进行研究,分析论述了国内外的相关研究成果,在已有成果的基础上建立了相应的安全文化支撑体系,并根据矿山安全文化的特殊性建立了基于平衡计分卡的矿山安全文化测量模型。采用内曼分配法与比例分配法相结合确定测量模型样本容量；利用层次分析法(AHP)确定各个评价指标的权重,并与模糊综合评价法相结合对建立的测量模型进行安全文化评价,在金川有色金属公司矿山中进行了应用。研究结果表明：通过建立SMSC长效安全生产机制,并将平衡计分卡应用其中,收到了良好的成效,证明了SMSC在矿山安全文化建设中的可行性及优越性。
[Abstract]:The support system in construction safety management system of mining enterprises (SMSC) as the foundation, conducts the research to the construction of mine safety culture, discusses the related research achievements at home and abroad, on the basis of the existing achievements of safety culture established the corresponding support system, and according to the particularity of the mine safety culture to establish the balance of mine safety culture measurement model based on bsc. To determine the sample size and the proportion of the measurement model by combining the Neyman Allocation allocation method; using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the weight of each index, and combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the evaluation of safety culture on the measurement model, and applied in the mines in Jinchuan Non-ferrous Metals Company. The research results show that: by establishing SMSC long term safety production mechanism and applying the balanced scorecard, good results have been achieved, which proves the feasibility and superiority of SMSC in the construction of mine safety culture.
