HR集团颠覆创新型研发战略实施研究

【摘要】:本课题目的在于从实践和执行角度,研究HR集团对于颠覆创新研发模式的探索和实施。在互联网、大数据、用户价值、交互创新等时代背景下,信息化对于传统行业产生的巨大的冲击,传统行业企业纷纷探索转型之路,本课题研究大型家电制造企业面对互联网和信息化冲击的变革和转型。企业变革的途径有:技术创新、组织创新和商业模式创新,本课题主要从技术创新实施的角度进行研究,其中也涉及了支持技术创新所需的组织和管理模式创新。本课题描述了中国传统制造企业在理解和应用西方创新理论道路上的探索,从执行层面剖析颠覆性创新型研发战略的实施,并通过实际案例的研究对实施的效果进行跟踪。希望通过本课题对HR集团的研究,对颠覆创新研发战略实施的流程进行客观的描述,对其中可取的部分和成功的经验进行分享,同时也对遇到的问题进行分析,并探索解决的方案和持续优化的方向,希望对于读者有所启发。 本研究分六部分,第一部分为绪论,第二部分介绍HR实施颠覆创新型战略的理论依据,体现了经典理论和学科前沿理论在我国制造业的实际应用和探索。第三部分对HR集团实施颠覆性创新研发战略的实施现状进行介绍,提出其遇到的问题和挑战。这部分首先介绍HR集团在网络化时代和企业新的战略发展阶段的背景下,提出颠覆性创新型的研发战略,介绍了HR为了适应这个战略而设计的研发组织架构、项目管控和考核的体系。最后提出HR在实施颠覆型创新的过程中,所遇到的难题,这些难题涉及创意来源、外部资源利用、激励机制和创新的阻力等方面,这些都关系到颠覆创新研发战略的成败。第四部分用SWOT分析的方法,对HR实施颠覆创新型研发战略的外部环境和内部条件进行了分析。从外部环境来说,互联网和信息化、用户需求个性化、行业竞争激烈化和品类成熟等都促使HR制定颠覆创新型的研发战略来保持行业领先的地位,创造新的增长机会。从HR本身的发展情况和在家电行业所取得的成绩来说,已经具备这种组织变革和模式变革的条件和基础,能为颠覆创新型研发战略的实施提供平台。第五部分详细介绍了HR颠覆创新型研发战略的实施和保障。面对外部新形势和需求,HR建立用户交互平台和资源整合平台两大平台,来为颠覆性创新收集创意,从外部寻找并整合技术资源,并且建立机制有效的驱动外部资源协同完成创新产品的开发,满足用户需求。对内HR对研发组织架构和管理方式也进行了创新和颠覆,通过自我管理、自我驱动的“利益共同体”模式,实现创新项目的有效运作和管控,HR完善的信息化系统,也对长期性颠覆创新型研发项目的管理提供了保障和支持。第六部分是对HR目前的颠覆创新型研发战略执行情况的总结,通过对HR颠覆创新型研发战略的实施研究,得出一些有用的结论,对于第三章提出的问题和挑战,寻找了一些解决的办法,也持续跟踪了效果。 本课题拟采用案例研究方法,以HR的颠覆性创新型研发战略的实施作为研究对象;从创新研发项目为基本点,对项目实施的各个要素:项目来源和目标,项目团队和自我管理模式,项目流程和管控,项目的资源和保障,投入和产出等进行全面的研究和分析,描述HR实施颠覆创新型研发战略所进行的全方位的改革,以及保障创新项目最终实现市场收益而进行的全流程的开放,在技术颠覆和创新的同时,进行企业组织和管理模式的颠覆,来保障技术创新的执行。这也是一种创新实现模式的创新,通过本课题研究,展现经典创新理论在我国制造企业战略制定过程的应用和升级,通过对经典理论的理解和探索,并针对企业和行业的自身特点,制定实施的战略和路线,企业通过颠覆创新研发战略的实施,保障创新的效果和产出,提升核心竞争力,并在行业中获取竞争优势,,实现产业的引领地位。
[Abstract]:This topic is from the perspective of practice and implementation, the research of HR group to explore and implement the subversive innovation R & D mode. On the Internet, big data, user value, interactive innovation background information for traditional industry a huge impact, the traditional industry enterprises to explore the road of transformation, in the face of this research large household appliances manufacturing enterprises of Internet and information technology the impact of reform and transformation. Ways of enterprise change: technological innovation, organizational innovation and business model innovation, research the main topic of the implementation from the perspective of technology innovation, including the innovation of organization and management mode to support technological innovation required. This paper describes the exploration in the understanding and application of the western theory of innovation on the road Chinese traditional manufacturing enterprises, from the executive level analysis to implement disruptive innovative development strategy, and through the actual case. Study on tracking the effect of the implementation. Through the study of the HR group this paper gives an objective description of the implementation of the subversive innovation development strategy process, the desirable part and successful experience to share, but also to analyze the problems and explore solutions and continuous optimization direction, hope inspiration for the reader.
This study is divided into six parts, the first part is introduction, the second part introduces the theoretical basis for the implementation of HR to subvert the innovative strategy, reflects the practical application and exploration of the classical theory and frontier theory of manufacturing industry in our country. The third part of the HR group, the status of implementation of the disruptive innovation development strategy are introduced, and the problems put forward the challenges. This part first introduces the HR group in the network era and the new enterprise strategic development stage under the background of this subversive innovative research and development strategy, HR is introduced in order to adapt to the strategic design and research organization, project management and evaluation system. Finally, the HR in the implementation process of subversive innovation in problems, these problems involve the creative source, the use of external resources, incentive mechanism and innovation of resistance and so on, these are related to the innovation and development strategy to subvert The fourth part is lost. With a SWOT analysis, the implementation of innovative research and development strategy to subvert the external environment and internal conditions of HR are analyzed. The HR also made innovation and subversion of the R & D organization structure and management mode, through self management, self driven "community of interests" mode, realize the operation and control of innovation project effectively, improve the information system HR also, to provide guarantee and support for the long-term subversion of innovative R & D project management. The sixth part is the implementation of the current HR innovative development strategy to subvert the summary, through the research on the implementation of HR innovative research and development strategy of subversion, and draws some useful conclusions, the third chapter puts forward the problems and challenges. This paper adopts the method of case study to implement disruptive innovative research and development strategy of HR as the research object; from the innovative research project as the basic point, the various elements of the implementation of the project: the project source and target, the project team and self management, project process and control of resources and security of the project, research and comprehensive analysis of input and output, describe the implementation of HR innovative R & D strategy subversion of comprehensive reform, and the whole process of open innovation project and ultimately safeguard market returns and, in the technology of subversion and innovation at the same time, subversion of the enterprise organization and management model, to ensure the implementation of technological innovation this is a kind of mode innovation, through this research, to show the application and upgrade the classic theory of innovation strategy of manufacturing enterprises in China's development process, through the classical theory On the understanding and exploration, and for the enterprise and industry characteristics, the implementation of the strategy and route of enterprises through the implementation of innovative research and development strategy of subversion, safeguard the innovation effect and output, improve the core competitiveness, and to gain the competitive advantage in the industry, realize the leading position in the industry.
