【摘要】:磁性材料作为国民经济电子领域不可缺少的功能材料,其产量和生产技术水平已成为衡量一个国家经济和信息产业发展的标志之一,特别是软磁铁氧体材料,在国民经济电子领域不断发挥着越来越大的作用。高性能软磁铁氧体材料因具有高初始磁导率、高品质因数以及低功率损耗等特点,以其为核心可制成电感器、变压器、滤波器等磁性器件,被广泛应用于计算机、网络通讯、家用电器、汽车电子、绿色照明、航天军工、新能源等高新技术产业领域。特别是随着电子信息、绿色照明、新能源等新兴产业的蓬勃发展,为软磁铁氧体产品提供了广阔的市场发展前景。 广东CY电子有限公司(以下简称“CY公司”)成立于2000年,是一家专业从事高性能软磁铁氧体材料研究开发、生产销售的高新技术企业。多年来公司始终坚持技术创新和管理创新为核心的发展理念,实现了跨越式发展,已成为国内软磁铁氧体行业规模、技术装备和经济效益领先的企业之一,然而随着市场供大于求的格局日益凸显,国内磁材同行竞争更加激烈,CY公司下一步向何处发展、怎样实现可持续发展的问题越来越迫切。 本课题项目通过对CY公司的企业外部环境以及内部资源与能力分析,进一步深入总结分析企业的SWOT,从而制定出符合本企业发展的未来经营战略规划。同时围绕发展战略目标,,从企业文化与管理创新、人才资源、市场营销、产品与技术发展、生产制造、资本运作等六个方面制定具体的实施策略,并进一步明确战略实施的原则、重点和步骤,实现CY公司做优做强的战略目标。
[Abstract]:Magnetic materials as functional materials indispensable electronic field of the national economy, the output and the level of production technology has become one of the measure of a country's economy and the development of information industry, especially the soft ferrite materials, continue to play an increasingly important role in the electronic field of the national economy. High performance soft ferrite materials with high initial permeability, high quality factor and low power loss characteristics, the core can be made of inductors, transformers, magnetic filter device, is widely used in computer, network communication, household appliances, automotive electronics, green lighting, aerospace industry, new energy and other high-tech industries. Especially with the development of electronic information. Green lighting, the vigorous development of new energy and other emerging industries, provides a broad market prospect for soft ferrite products.
Guangdong CY Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CY") was founded in 2000, is a professional engaged in high performance soft ferrite materials research and development, production and sales of high-tech enterprises. Over the years the company always adhere to technological innovation and management innovation and development concept as the core, to achieve leapfrog development, has become the domestic soft ferrite industry scale, one of the leading technical equipment and economic benefits of enterprises, but with the market oversupply pattern has become increasingly prominent, the domestic counterparts products more competitive, CY development next to where the problem of how to realize the sustainable development is becoming more and more urgent.
Analysis of the external environment of CY company and the enterprise internal resources and abilities through this project, further research and analysis of enterprise SWOT, so as to formulate conforms to the development of the enterprise's future strategic business planning. At the same time focus on the development of strategic objectives, from the corporate culture and management innovation, human resources, marketing, product development, production and technology manufacturing, the six aspects of capital operation tactics, and further clarify the implementation of the strategy and key principles, steps, implementation of CY companies and make strong strategic objectives.
