【摘要】:食品安全和在市场中保持竞争力是目前食品行业面临的主要问题和挑战,随着近几年来的食品安全问题的日益凸显,大型食品企业如何面对挑战,迫在眉睫。解决问题,主要还是在于管控采购,保证食品企业原材料的高品质,但在此情况下,可能会导致成本上升,如何控制成本,保持竞争力,还是需要通过采购,整合采购是降低成本,,优化供应链的一个很好的方案。然而实行整合采购,相当于企业的一次重大改革,会触动外部供应商的利益,也会触动内部相关部门和个人的利益,面临很大困难与阻力,有着很大的失败风险。 本文讨论的核心问题即是以ABC食品饮料(中国)为例探讨如何实行整合采购。 本文通过对ABC食品企业目前情况的分析指出企业采取整合采购的内外必要性。论文对于整合采购的具体实施方案进行了详细阐述,在整合采购前期,引入利益相关者分析沟通方案,作为前期统一思想行动战线的重要举措,在此阶段进行了采购战略分析。随后在实施阶段,引入谈判战略制定,以保证最好的成本和供应合作结果,并选用了合适的招标工具和统一规范了合同。在整合采购后续,实行优化供应链,提升供应商绩效,引入供应商社会责任,保证绿色安全食品供应。 最终研究表明,整合采购经过精心规划在食品企业是可以实行的。本文的研究对于其他行业的整合采购实施,也具有借鉴性,可以举一反三使用。
[Abstract]:Food safety and maintaining competitiveness in the market are the main problems and challenges facing the food industry. With the food safety problems becoming increasingly prominent in recent years, how to face the challenges of large food enterprises. The solution is mainly to control procurement and ensure the high quality of raw materials in food enterprises, but in this case, it may lead to higher costs, how to control costs and maintain competitiveness. Still need through procurement, integrated procurement is a good way to reduce costs and optimize the supply chain. However, the implementation of integrated procurement is equivalent to a major reform of the enterprise, will touch the interests of external suppliers. It will also touch the interests of internal departments and individuals, and face great difficulties and resistance, with a great risk of failure. The core issue discussed in this paper is how to implement integrated purchasing with ABC food and beverage (China) as an example. Through the analysis of the current situation of ABC food enterprises, this paper points out the internal and external necessity of enterprises to adopt integrated procurement. This paper describes the specific implementation of integrated procurement in detail, in the early stage of integrated procurement. As an important measure to unify the thought and action front, the purchasing strategy analysis is carried out in this stage, and then the negotiation strategy is introduced in the implementation stage. In order to ensure the best cost and supply cooperation results, and selected the appropriate bidding tools and unified specification of the contract. In the integration of procurement follow-up, the implementation of optimized supply chain, improve supplier performance, introduce supplier social responsibility. Ensure green and safe food supply. The final study shows that integrated purchasing can be implemented in food enterprises after careful planning. The research in this paper can also be used for reference in other industries.
