【摘要】:我国白酒企业经历了从小到大、由弱到强的发展过程,并取得了历史性的跨越。尤其是自2002年以来,行业迎来了“黄金十年”发展期,截止2013年末全国酒企共有1423家,白酒累积产量实现1150.16万千升,收入达到4466亿元。并涌现出了以浓香型白酒为代表的W公司等国内外知名的一线品牌企业。成为了国民经济中不可或缺的重要力量。白酒行业在经历了“黄金十年”大发展后,2013年以来,受到“塑化剂风波”、“限制三公消费”、中央“八项规定”、军委“禁酒令”以及行业产业过剩等因素的影响,面临着前所未有的困境。在如此复杂的背景下,白酒企业都在积极探索破局之策,对W公司而言,如何积极转型保持发展的可持续性,继续保持中国行业大王的核心优势,已成为公司现阶段亟待解决的问题和难题。本文在引出研究问题的基础上,运用了定性与定量相结合的综合研究方法,详细分析了目前我国白酒行业发展的现状及趋势。并对公司内部资源状况(如上市公司股权结构、组织机构、部门职责、产成品、人力资源等),以及上市公司竞争状况(如市场与客户、发展能力与盈利能力、经营能力与风险)进行了较为详细的分析和说明。论文根据当前面临的企业内部环节及市场、政策等外部环境分析,提出了W公司的经营战略目标及发展规划。最后,从新产品塑造、市场维护与拓展、增强服务质量以及强化人力资源管理等几个方面重点分析了W公司经营对策战略实施的保障体系构建。
[Abstract]:Chinese liquor enterprises have experienced from small to large, from weak to strong development process, and has made a historic leap. Especially since 2002, the industry has ushered in a "golden decade" development period. By end of 2013, there were 1, 423 liquor enterprises in China, and the cumulative output of liquor was 115.016 million liters. The revenue reaches 446.6 billion yuan, and the W company, represented by Luzhou-flavor liquor, has emerged as the leading brand enterprise at home and abroad. It has become an indispensable and important force in the national economy. The liquor industry has experienced. " After the golden decade "big development." Since 2013, it has been affected by factors such as "plasticizer storm", "restriction of three public consumption", "eight regulations" of the Central Committee, "Prohibition order" of the Central military Commission, and excess industry and so on. Faced with unprecedented predicament. Under such a complex background, liquor enterprises are actively exploring ways to break the situation, for W company, how to actively transform to maintain the sustainability of development. Continuing to maintain the core advantages of the Chinese industry king has become a problem and a difficult problem to be solved at the present stage of the company. Based on the introduction of research problems, this paper uses a comprehensive research method combining qualitative and quantitative analysis. The present situation and trend of the development of liquor industry in China are analyzed in detail, and the status of internal resources (such as equity structure, organization, department responsibility, finished product, human resources, etc.) of the listed company is analyzed in detail. And the competitive situation of listed companies (such as market and customer, development ability and profitability, management ability and risk) are analyzed and explained in detail. Policy and other external environment analysis, put forward the W company's business strategy objectives and development plans. Finally, from the new product molding, market maintenance and expansion. Strengthening service quality and strengthening human resource management and so on, this paper analyzes emphatically the construction of guarantee system of W company's management countermeasure strategy implementation.
