【摘要】:21世纪是一个腾飞的年代,人类社会正逐步走向信息化时代,各种技术的进步不仅使人们的生活变得越来越丰富、便捷,也使得生活节奏变得越来越快。对于医用耗材物流企业而言,谁能将最优质的服务和产品更好、更快的送达客户,谁就会取得竞争优势,获得生存的机会。为提高医用耗材物流运作效率,对整条供应链业务流程进行优化设计已刻不容缓。 本文首先对国内外医用耗材物流发展与研究现状进行了综述,,通过对比指出我国在该方面存在着诸多问题,与国外相比仍有较大的差距。我国医用耗材物流供应链尚未建立集成化的经营管理模式,而只是注重研究其在某个节点内部的流转,忽略了与供应链上其他节点的联系。本文提出的解决办法就是建设集成的物联网体系,来优化传统的物流供应链体系。 物联网技术是世界信息产业的第三次革命,其在医用耗材物流领域中的应用有其独特的优势。本文从应用的角度,把整条供应链上的物流细分为订单、物料采购、生产、仓储、配送、运输这六个环节的物流业务,将物联网技术应用于其流程优化中,并对优化后的物流业务流程的效果做出了预估。最后,对本文进行了总结,并针对本文不足之处,做了展望。
[Abstract]:21th century is a soaring era, the human society is gradually moving towards the information age, the progress of various technologies not only makes people's life more and more rich, convenient. For medical supplies logistics enterprises, who can better the best quality of services and products, faster delivery to customers, who will obtain a competitive advantage. In order to improve the operational efficiency of medical consumables logistics, it is urgent to optimize and design the whole supply chain business process. Firstly, this paper summarizes the development and research status of medical consumables logistics at home and abroad, and points out that there are many problems in this field. Compared with foreign countries, there is still a big gap. China medical supplies logistics supply chain has not yet established an integrated management model, but only pay attention to the study of its flow within a node. The solution proposed in this paper is to build an integrated Internet of things system to optimize the traditional logistics supply chain system. Internet of things technology is the third revolution in the world information industry, its application in the field of medical supplies logistics has its unique advantages. From the perspective of application, the logistics in the whole supply chain is subdivided into orders. Material procurement, production, warehousing, distribution, transportation of these six links of logistics business, the Internet of things technology will be applied to its process optimization, and the effect of the optimized logistics business process is estimated. Finally. This article is summarized, and in view of the shortcomings of this paper, the prospects are made.
