【摘要】:河北正元包装集团有限公司(以下简称河北正元)是全国印刷包装龙头企业,居河北省首位,,在河北印刷包装业具有代表性。一方面,企业通过自身努力已经取得不俗的成绩,企业发展蒸蒸日上;另一方面,企业在战略管理方面的缺失又制约着企业长远发展,势必成为企业健康快速发展的瓶颈。本文目的就是帮助企业准确判断外部形势,认清面临的机遇和挑战,不断整合内部资源,发掘优势、克服劣势,制定出符合企业实际情况的发展战略,继而为区域印刷业解决求生存图发展和整体实力弱的矛盾提供参考。 本文论述了制定发展战略的背景和意义,梳理了国内外企业战略管理的现状和趋势,提出了制定发展战略的内容和方法。 本文采用PEST经济模型分析了企业身处的宏观环境,运用波特五力模型剖析了印刷业的行业环境,从而使企业认清自身面临的机遇和挑战。又从企业内部资源与能力两个层面分析企业的优势和劣势,结合企业面临的机会与威胁,运用SWOT分析归纳企业内在优劣、外部机会与威胁的层级,从而提出企业的发展战略选择,明确企业战略重点和阶段划分。 本文提出了企业完善内部机制、优化产品结构、市场开拓策略、强化战略联盟、加强企业文化建设等战略实施保障措施,为企业战略决策和部署提供素材和参考,为企业科学快速可持续的长远发展具有一定借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Hebei Zhengyuan Packaging Group Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Hebei Zhengyuan) is the national printing packaging leading enterprises, ranking first in Hebei Province, Hebei printing packaging industry is representative. On the one hand. Enterprises have made great achievements through their own efforts, and the development of enterprises is booming. On the other hand, the lack of strategic management restricts the long-term development of enterprises, which is bound to become the bottleneck of healthy and rapid development of enterprises. The purpose of this paper is to help enterprises accurately judge the external situation. Recognize the opportunities and challenges faced, constantly integrate internal resources, explore strengths, overcome weaknesses, and formulate development strategies in line with the actual situation of the enterprise. Then it provides a reference for the regional printing industry to solve the contradiction between survival map development and overall weak strength. This paper discusses the background and significance of formulating development strategy, combs the present situation and trend of enterprise strategic management at home and abroad, and puts forward the contents and methods of formulating development strategy. In this paper, PEST economic model is used to analyze the macro environment of enterprises, and Porter's five-force model is used to analyze the industry environment of printing industry. In order to make enterprises recognize the opportunities and challenges they face, and analyze the strengths and weaknesses of enterprises from the two aspects of internal resources and capabilities, combined with the opportunities and threats faced by enterprises. In this paper, SWOT analysis is used to sum up the levels of internal advantages and disadvantages, external opportunities and threats, so as to put forward the choice of the development strategy of the enterprise, and to define the key points and stages of the enterprise strategy. This paper puts forward some measures to guarantee the implementation of the strategy, such as perfecting the internal mechanism, optimizing the product structure, opening up the market, strengthening the strategic alliance and strengthening the construction of enterprise culture. It provides material and reference for enterprise strategic decision and deployment, and has certain reference significance for the long-term development of enterprise science, rapid and sustainable.
