【摘要】:随着经济的全球化发展趋势,不同国家的竞争主要成为人才之间的竞争。不同企业对优秀人才的争夺也十分激烈,招聘成为企业的人才资源管理中十分重要的一个环节。而高级人才的招聘工作对于企业来说是重中之重的事情,因为高级人才的招聘工作的有效性会直接影响企业的长期发展。因此企业如何招聘高级人才成为一个研究热点。猎头公司作为近年来新兴的一种行业,它可以为客户企业提供各种招聘服务,帮助客户企业寻找合适的人才。本文以宏达公司作为研究对象,通过建立招聘有效性的评价体系来了解企业的高级人才的招聘管理工作中存在的问题,并且采用猎头公司来完善公司的高级人才的招聘管理状况。 本文一共分为六章,第一章阐述了这个课题的来源以及研究的目的和意义,指出了研究方法、技术路线,研究内容与框架,研究创新点和技术难点。第二章介绍了企业高级人才招聘和猎头工作原理和流程。第三章介绍了宏达公司的高级人才招聘管理工作的现状和面临的挑战。第四章建立招聘工作有效性的评价体系来诊断宏达公司的高级人才的招聘管理工作的状况。第五章说明了基于猎头招聘对宏达公司高级人才招聘的完善。第六章是结论。这一部分对全文进行了总结。
[Abstract]:With the development trend of economic globalization, the competition between different countries is mainly the competition between talents, and the competition for outstanding talents is very fierce among different enterprises. Recruitment has become a very important link in the management of human resources, and the recruitment of senior talents is the most important thing for enterprises. Because the effectiveness of the recruitment of senior talents will directly affect the long-term development of enterprises. So how to recruit senior talents has become a research hotspot. Headhunting companies as a new industry in recent years. It can provide a variety of recruitment services for customer enterprises to help customer enterprises find the right talent. This paper takes HTC as the research object. Through establishing the evaluation system of recruitment effectiveness to understand the problems existing in the recruitment and management of senior talents in enterprises and adopt headhunting company to perfect the recruitment management of senior talents in the company. This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter describes the source of the subject and the purpose and significance of the study, pointing out the research methods, technical routes, research content and framework. The second chapter introduces the principle and flow of senior talent recruitment and headhunting in enterprises. The third chapter introduces the current situation and challenges of HTC's senior talent recruitment and management. Chapter 4th. To establish an evaluation system for the effectiveness of recruitment to diagnose the recruitment management of senior talents in HTC. Chapter 5th illustrates the perfection of recruitment of senior talents in HTC based on headhunting. Chapter 6th is the conclusion. This part summarizes the whole paper.
