小家电制造产业全面质量创新的支撑平台研究

【摘要】:近些年,随着我国产业不断进步,以创新驱动产业发展、提高产业竞争水平逐渐成为共识,而构建创新支撑平台则成为产业创新的有力支撑部分。与发达国家相比,我国创新支撑平台建设虽起步较晚,但已面向产业和社会发展,建成了多层次多产业创新平台,取得了显著效果。然而,纵观创新平台建设,仍偏向于实体创新平台构建,而且对于近几年发展前景良好但问题凸显的小家电制造产业等传统产业和新兴产业缺乏有力支撑。因此,有必要将创新平台服务范围扩展到小家电制造等产业,本文则选择小家电制造产业作为进一步研究对象。首先对小家电制造产业进行调研分析,总结了其发展现状、发展特点、发展趋势以及发展问题。基于调研分析结果,提出了小家电制造产业的全面质量创新内涵与模型,以构建创新支撑平台方式进行了整体构思,即以需求分析为引导,通过实体支撑平台与互联网支撑平台的有效结合,利用技术优势,充分整合资源,全面共享,促进小家电制造产业的产品质量的全面创新。然后给出了实体支撑平台设计,指出其结构由实体服务层、实体资源层和实体组织层三部分组成,并对实体组织构成进行了具体设计。以项目为载体,提出了该平台下小家电制造产业全面质量创新的业务过程。而且,为匹配实体支撑平台,对互联网支撑平台进行了分析设计。给出了平台功能结构,并用UML方法详细描述了互联网支撑平台,即以用例图和时序图描述了平台对象的静态结构和动态协作,以类图进行平台业务类的详细设计,以组件图和配置图描述了平台实现的网络结构方案。然后基于MVC模式对互联网支撑平台的数据流进行了设计。最后,给出了小家电制造产业全面质量创新支撑平台的具体实现。不仅对支撑平台的实现环境进行了部署,还依托MVC框架模式,给出了平台的实现过程,并结合浙江慈溪的电熨斗制造产业对平台实现进行了实例化。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous progress of China's industry, it has gradually become a consensus to drive the development of industry with innovation and improve the level of industrial competition. Compared with the developed countries, the construction of innovation support platform in China started late, but it has been oriented to industry and social development. The multi-level and multi-industry innovation platform has been built, and the remarkable effect has been obtained. However, looking at the construction of the innovation platform, we still prefer to build the entity innovation platform. And in recent years, there is a lack of support for traditional industries and emerging industries, such as small household appliances manufacturing industry, which has a good prospect but problems. Therefore, it is necessary to expand the service scope of innovation platform to small household appliances manufacturing industries. In this paper, the small home appliance manufacturing industry is chosen as the further research object. Firstly, the small home appliance manufacturing industry is investigated and analyzed, and the development status and characteristics of the small home appliance manufacturing industry are summarized. Based on the results of investigation and analysis, the connotation and model of total quality innovation of small household appliances manufacturing industry are put forward, and the overall conception is carried out in the way of constructing innovation support platform. That is, based on demand analysis, through the effective combination of entity support platform and Internet support platform, using technology advantages, fully integrate resources and fully share. Promote the overall innovation of the product quality of the small household appliances manufacturing industry. Then the design of the entity support platform is given, and the structure is composed of three parts: the entity service layer, the entity resource layer and the entity organization layer. With the project as the carrier, the paper puts forward the business process of total quality innovation of small household appliances manufacturing industry under the platform. Moreover, it is the supporting platform for matching entities. This paper analyzes and designs the Internet support platform, presents the functional structure of the platform, and describes the Internet support platform in detail with the UML method. The static structure and dynamic cooperation of platform object are described by use case diagram and sequence diagram, and the detailed design of platform business class is carried out by class diagram. Component diagram and configuration diagram are used to describe the network structure of the platform. Then the data flow of the platform is designed based on MVC mode. Finally. This paper presents the implementation of the support platform for total quality innovation in the small home appliance manufacturing industry. Not only the implementation environment of the support platform is deployed, but also the implementation process of the platform is given based on the MVC framework model. Combined with the electric iron manufacturing industry in Cixi, Zhejiang Province, the platform realization is instantiated.
