【摘要】:随着科学技术的不断进步和经济的持续发展,制造业发展迅猛。现代制造企业想要获得成功,必须要重视企业内部的生产过程。生产一线的操作人员是制造类企业生产的重要组成因素。合理的生产线人员配置,不仅能够提高企业的生产水平,还有助于企业消减人力成本,提高生产效率,增加企业竞争力。本文以某企业的PS4装配生产线为背景,通过调研深入充分了解了该装配生产线的具体情况;运用SPSS软件对长期工产线和短期工产线各工站工时进行分析;运用ED(Enterprise Dynamics)仿真工具对这种装配生产线在不同的人员配置条件下建立生产线运行的仿真模型;对分别由长期工和短期工组成的产线进行人员结构分析;将长期工和短期工合理混合重组得到两条新的人员结构组成的产线,从而提高产线产能之和。具体内容如下:1)通过调研,熟悉PS4装配生产线的布局、生产流程、SOP、产线人员配置情况、各工站内容,测量出多组长期工和短期工的工站工作时间;2)通过参考文献,了解排队论中服务时间服从随机分布的种类,运用数据分析软件SPSS对长期工和短期工组成产线每个工站的工作时间进行分析,得到工站工作时间服从正态分布;3)运用仿真软件ED对分别由长期工和短期工组成的两种产线,根据SPSS软件分析得到的工站工作时间的均值和方差,建模仿真得到两种不同人员结构组成下产线每天的产能,长期工产线为1543pcs,而短期工的为980pcs。4)运用组织行为学的知识对两种产线的人员结构进行分析,将原有人员按照三种不同的方法重新配置得到两条新的产线,进行仿真得到两条产线产能之和,选择出最佳方案,每天产能提高300pcs。并结合生产线员工的特点,提出一些对他们的激励措施,给产线管理人员参考和建议。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of science and technology and the progress of economy, the rapid development of modern manufacturing industry. The manufacturing enterprises want to succeed, must pay attention to internal production process. The production line operators is an important factor of manufacturing enterprises. Reasonable production line personnel, not only can improve the level of production, and to help companies reduce labor costs, improve production efficiency, increase the competitiveness of enterprises. Based on the background of PS4 assembly line of an enterprise, through in-depth investigation to fully understand the specific situation of assembly line; use of long line and short term production line of each working station work were analyzed using ED SPSS software; (Enterprise Dynamics) on the assembly line simulation tool to establish the simulation model of the production line operation in the personnel configuration under different conditions; for long-term and short-term work respectively by The personnel structure analysis consists of the production line; long-term and short-term workers to get reasonable mixed restructuring two new personnel structure of the production line, so as to improve the production capacity and the specific contents are as follows: 1) through research, familiar with PS4 assembly line layout, production process, SOP production line staff the configuration of each working station, content, measure the working hours and working group on long-term short-term workers work station; 2) by reference to the literature, understanding Business Hours queuing theory to kinds of random distribution, using the analysis software SPSS on the long-term and short-term workers group into the production line of each station's work time data analysis get the work station, work time obeys normal distribution; 3) using simulation software ED on the two line are respectively composed of long-term and short-term workers, according to the mean and variance of SPSS software analysis of the work station work time, modeling and simulation are two Different personnel structure production line daily production capacity, long production line for 1543pcs, and 980pcs.4) for the temporary use of organizational behavior to analyze two kinds of production line personnel, the original personnel in accordance with the three different methods to the allocation of two new production line, by simulation the two production line capacity and the selection of the best scheme, every day the yield is increased by 300pcs. and combined with the characteristics of the production line staff, some of their incentives to production management reference and recommendations.
