【摘要】:矿工违章行为是引发煤矿安全事故的主要原因,为了探讨矿工违章行为的影响因素及形成机制,以社会学习理论为研究框架,从社会学习和认知的角度研究矿工违章行为,加入行为习惯变量,构建矿工违章行为形成机制理论模型,并采用结构方程技术对模型进行验证。最后,提出矿工违章行为干预对策。主要结论如下:(1)开发了社会学习理论框架下的矿工违章行为调查问卷。该问卷具有较高的信效度,符合研究要求。(2)分析了传记特征变量在违章行为意向等变量上的显著性差异。结果显示:不同年龄段的矿工在各变量上差异不显著;不同工龄的矿工在自我效能感、行为习惯和违章行为意向上存在显著性差异,而在行为榜样、差异接触信念、差异强化和安全认知上差异不显著;已婚的矿工与未婚和离婚的矿工在违章行为意向上存在显著性差异,在其它变量上差异不显著;不同文化程度的矿工在自我效能感、行为习惯、安全认知和违章行为意向上存在显著性差异,在行为榜样、差异接触信念和差异强化上差异不显著。(3)构建了矿工违章行为的形成机制模型。实证结果表明;行为榜样、差异接触信念、自我效能感、差异强化、行为习惯、安全认知这6个变量均对违章行为意向产生直接影响;其中,行为榜样和差异接触信念还通过安全认知的中介作用间接影响违章行为意向。(4)提出了矿工违章行为干预对策。干预对策包括:发挥安全行为榜样的示范作用、实施行为契约法、实施矿工安全素质工程,以达到消除违章行为,强化安全行为和提高矿工安全认知的目的。
[Abstract]:Miner violation is the main cause of coal mine safety accidents. In order to explore the influencing factors and formation mechanism of miner violations, the social learning theory is taken as the research framework. From the perspective of social learning and cognition, this paper studies miners' behavior of violation, adds behavior habit variables, constructs the theoretical model of the mechanism of miner's violation of regulations, and uses structural equation technology to verify the model. Finally. The main conclusions are as follows: 1) the questionnaire of miner violation behavior under the framework of social learning theory is developed. The questionnaire has high reliability and validity. According to the requirements of the study, the authors analyzed the significant differences of biographical variables in the behavior intention and other variables. The results showed that the miners of different age groups had no significant differences in each variable; There were significant differences in self-efficacy, behavior habits and illegal behavior intention among miners with different working years, but there were no significant differences in role models, different contact beliefs, differential reinforcement and safety cognition. There was significant difference between married miner and unmarried and divorced miner in behavior intention, but there was no significant difference in other variables. There were significant differences in self-efficacy, behavior habits, safety cognition and behavior intention among miners with different education levels, and there were significant differences in behavior model. The formation mechanism model of miner's illegal behavior is constructed. The empirical results show that the difference between different contact belief and difference reinforcement is not significant. The six variables, such as behavior example, different contact belief, self-efficacy, difference strengthening, behavior habit and safety cognition, all have direct influence on the behavior intention of violation. Among them. Role models and differential exposure beliefs also indirectly influence the intention of violation through the intermediary role of safety cognition. This paper puts forward the intervention countermeasures of miner's violation of rules and regulations. The intervention countermeasures include: giving play to the exemplary role of safety behavior model. In order to eliminate the illegal behavior, strengthen the safety behavior and improve the miners' safety awareness, the behavior contract law and the safety quality engineering of the miners are carried out in order to eliminate the illegal behavior and enhance the safety awareness of the miners.
