基于模糊物元法的中国石油企业国际竞争力评价

【摘要】：石油企业不但能够促进我国经济的发展，还能够维持社会稳定、确保国家的安全、使国家的综合竞争能力提升。本文目的在于研究如何对石油企业在国际上的竞争能力进行分析与评估，研究怎样将我国石油企业潜在的优势转变成在现实中能够发挥出来的竞争优势。本文首先就国内外的石油企业发展状况进行总结，对国内与国际上的石油企业的竞争特点进行分析，并分析我国目前石油企业所面临的竞争形势；其次介绍企业国际竞争力的理论和评价的方法，与国际贸易理论相结合，以此理论为基础为下文的分析打下理论基础；第三，，对国内外的石油企业的竞争力现状进行分析，对比国内外石油技术服务企业的竞争力，找出两者之间存在的区别；第四，对影响我国石油企业的国际竞争力主要的因素进行分析，按照评价指标的设计原则，对合理而全面的评价指标进行选取，对使用企业国际竞争力评价指标体系进行分析，并加以构建；第五，运用层次分析法计算出石油企业竞争力的所有评价指标权重，通过分析评价的标准进一步的建立综合模糊物元评价模型；模糊物元法能够充分考虑到多个因素的影响程度，进而对所研究主体进行排名，并且模糊物元法的结果一目了然，本文对五大石油企业十五个指标数据加以分析，计算出五家石油企业的国际竞争力水平排名；最后，对综合排名的结果进行分析，找出我国石油技术服务企业国际竞争力上的不足，并提出提升我国石油企业国际竞争力相关对策。
[Abstract]:Oil companies can not only promote the development of China's economy, but also to maintain social stability, to ensure national security, the national comprehensive competitive power promotion. The purpose of this paper is to study how to analyze and evaluate the competitive ability of enterprises in the world, how to change the advantage of research in China's oil enterprises to play the potential in the real competitive advantage. Firstly, the development situation of oil enterprises at home and abroad are summarized, the characteristics of domestic and international oil enterprises are analyzed, and the analysis of China's current oil industry faces competition situation; secondly introduces the theory and the method of evaluation of the international competitiveness of enterprises, combined with the international trade theory, lay the theoretical foundation of this theory as the basis for the following; third, the competitiveness of the current situation of domestic and foreign oil companies to carry on the analysis, comparison The domestic and foreign petroleum technology service enterprise competitiveness, and finds out the differences between the two; fourth, impact on the international competitiveness of China's petroleum enterprises the main factors were analyzed according to the design principle of the evaluation index, the reasonable and comprehensive evaluation indices were chosen to use the enterprise international competitiveness evaluation index system analysis and construction; fifth, using AHP to calculate all the weights of the evaluation indexes of petroleum enterprises competitiveness, through the analysis of the evaluation criteria to further establish comprehensive fuzzy matter-element evaluation model; fuzzy matter-element method can fully consider the influence of many factors, and the research subject ranking, and fuzzy matter element method results at a glance in this paper, by analyzing five major oil companies fifteen index data, calculate the level of international competitiveness of petroleum enterprises ranked five Finally, we analyze the results of the comprehensive ranking, find out the deficiencies of the international competitiveness of China's petroleum technology service enterprises, and put forward relevant countermeasures to enhance the international competitiveness of China's oil enterprises.
